Strange that it was about this time that I was signed up in an algebra course that was a combined beginning and intermediate algebra course together in one semester. The class was a Saturday and Sunday course where we had a exam or a quiz every Saturday or Sunday. I passed both the semester and there was one unique factor that I find interesting is that in high school I could not learn algebra for the life of me. I got behind the first week and was never able to catch up. It is interesting how we grow and develop through the years and a lot of this has to do with being positively or negatively driven. What did you bring me an interesting set of words when you have people out in the field doing work for you so that you can pretty up your image just that much more as if it were a bank account of positive and negative deposits and withdrawals. How do members in society and even people within organizations protect themselves from corrupt people that manipulate and coerce others to get ahead in their own lives. People are ruthless anymore, yet it goes to wonder the subjective nature of others rather than putting forth objective work that is creative and fair that truly leads to forward progress in society. On Monday March the 6 here in my house I spoke to myself frustrated that I have never been given a demand or any kind of warning in any such way. Just around the time of taking my algebra course strange things started happening. I spoke Monday of I cannot be deviant because I am not trying to defy anything because nothing of any sort of a problem has been brought forth to my attention. Although practices of some kind of nature have taken place trying to make or get me to leave here is the only thing I can think. Some folks hate me and have it out for me. It is easy to see when people act in ways toward you if they are your friends or not. It is also easy to see if someone acts in accordance with their professional responsibility or not. For example, following job duties in a manner that is aligned with the description of the work and proper procedure to be followed. A lot of the description of work when followed a certain way may not be aligned with protecting civil, human, or the constitutional rights of a person. Furthermore, when practices go underground when procedure is not followed, and people choose to go around the system then it becomes a concern not only of the intent behind their actions they take towards someone but also why what they are doing has to be hidden or covered up. I was frustrated speaking to myself on this Monday afternoon because I am not that guy that likes to step on people's feet, be completive towards others and be problematic in a defiant kind of way, actually it is quite the opposite. So, it's frustrating when your just someone’s political side show another tool for someone to use their resources against beaming up your sense of superiority with a drive of benefitting their own selfish greedy success. I am not given any kind of respect actually the opposite. Since all the underground crap that is geared up and directed towards does not follow proper procedure, when it does break my civil, human and constitutional rights then their behavior is very unfair because they leave no room for an interdependent solution when trust is broken when authority acts in a illegitimate way. This has been and still is what I experience constantly and practically every day now, and this is like 16 years later. Now I write this early morning Wednesday the 8th after having a Tuesday the 6th that is nondifferent. Not really and this is why understanding functionality of the individual level from an objective means like long enduring character traits that specify personality and why someone does what they do is so important. I know this shit is unfair, unprofessional and lacks sound reasoning. The only way the system can work is when people stay grounded, rational and loyal to their professional responsibilities. Otherwise, it is just rigged, and people get steamrolled to the extent that a professional is able to contain themselves and hold themselves accountable for how they choose to act or not. It all boils down to character. But, it runs deeper than that and this is where objective knowledge, truth and justice, should always be the tool used by professionals for understanding the big picture of where someone is coming from. This takes effort, empathy, and knowledge which is just, instead of categorically labeling of others, which is opinionated, biased, subjective, rude and is an inhumane way individuals can use an attitude to dehumanize others to promote groups that act in an us against them manner through the lens of hatred. This personalized attacking of others character, reputation, and name so someone else can boost their own image and connectivity (i.e., ego-gratification) with their group, community to prosper politically is extremely unprofessional and needs to stop.
