(87) Can I help You, can you help me, can we help each other?

Reading an LA Times article about the new Sheriff not doing something to distinguish whether deputy gangs exist in the department and to mandate a list of questions to be answered. A vote was held on what to do with mandating this the LA county supervisor Janice Hahn voted no for the sheriff and that he should be able to write his own policy, while four others voted yes in seeking transparency. It is about character Hahn wanted Villanueva out and as much as called him a two-time loser when he lost while running for an LA County supervisor seat. If Luna does not pan out, then it will be a loss for her and the hatred she has for Villanueva (personal vendetta). Thats some attitude for her to have to make a statement towards a competitor that lost a run at her position. Something going on there since Villanueva claimed he was running for the LA County supervisor seat because he wanted to expose the corruption that was taking place within the city council. He also mentioned about being concerned of democracy and the citizens' rights being broken regarding the new guy coming in to take his replace him. Was Villanueva not abiding to breaking citizens' rights the reason why he was ousted from his position, and the very reason why Hahn did not want him there in the first place? That attitude If he was not going to abuse his authority when pressed to do more who was he protecting? His moral conscience, and honor and integrity for the very position that he held. This is away from lacking a moral conscience, and not becoming overly addicted to power and bullying people is a good thing. Hahn got that last word. Or did she? At this point it is Luna's actions and how he holds integrity aligned with his professional responsibility that will be the difference. My experience is that with experiencing the very nature of Luna’s personality and being aware of the mental health issues that this man is contending with is that he is incompetent and incapable of either.

One obvious sign of this is that Villanueva put a policy in place that would prohibit the use of outlaw practices within the department, and by using outside contractors that would also partake in practices that may be unethical, unconstitutional, and or go beyond what the duties of being a police officer actually call for. Like taking matters into one's own hands (broken windows policing) and getting rid of people that, for example, are not wanted there in a specific society for whatever specific purpose. Democracy and protecting the rights of all people should be more important than smear campaigns, even if framing people may be a specialty way to persecute and streamline getting rid of people that are seen as unfavorable by others. Conscientiousness, morality, and being a value driven leader are missing components to this man, and lacks effective leadership skills due to being isolated to affect and lacking empathy of any form. Look at the state of the nation unacceptance of the differences of others is high, stress is high, which are just some factors of why it is easy to turn everyone against one another. There has been some talk of a fear of a civil war, and it is just this kind of terrible leadership that turns everyone against one another that promotes political violence. Status quo and a new level of social control one that goes against the principles of democracy (i.e., liberty, all men are created equal, justice), instead a demigod autocratic abusive authoritarian that seeks pleasure in causing pain in others.

What are outlaw practices anyways? Framing a person that is seen as a threat because the person stands against the corrupt practices that he is aware of that you partake in? So get a smear campaign together by creating a situation then get people together so you can reinforce a label, a construct as a means of hating the person? That’s what this is it is good old-fashioned hate, and by coordinating an effort in this nature is a very example of taking matters into one’s own hands and persecuting others away from any principles of democracy, instead from one’s own neurotic perspective (dichotomous subjective thinking) feeding his self-righteousness and inflated ego at the expense of others. This is just a smidgeon of the personality unfolding and just like the four council members that push for protecting members of society from abuse and corruption it is a sign of their personality and character- good for them. 

None of these extremes were taking place to this degree while this person was off in his year of retirement now, were they? With more power comes more extremes, and what some say is the most dangerous of a human condition- inflated ego. The difference of skill set is often associated with intellectual and emotional maturity. Sadly, often stress as the precursor emotion overrides logic people get generalized as a social construct, or label, a form of idealism and never seen for who they truly are instead seen through what the lens of disgust conjures. These are the dynamics that lead to tyranny, movements, between group conflicts, bread by polarized group ideologies, and fueled by fear and hatred. A couple of reasons why these extremes were not taking place on his year off. For one, he did not have the power, nor the resources to pull the strings. For two, most people have a moral conscience that acts as an ethical rudder and would never stoop so low as to manipulate and intimidate everything and everyone by turning people against one another in a way that promotes hatred and violence. But now seems people yield to power is as a person with more power becomes a more self-serving selfish individual serving a more apathetic agenda; a prospect to serve one's own evil greedy idolized self.

Just shows the true demeanor is pathology exacerbated; a dream career with an opportunity to affect so many in a positive or negative way, instead he cannot put his focus where it is needed as a circus pursues. There are enough dynamics in any organization, for example, to stay grounded in the day-to-day dealings of a difficult job, to prevent burnout, and prevent becoming addicted to emotions like disgust and anger that just bring out the worst in people. I've been taking nonstop abuse (i.e., physically, mentally) from this guy from 2007, to 2015 till current time. I am tired of getting bullied by a delusional individual that lacks the awareness and accountability to his own word when he does not partake in us against them practices of singling out and ganging up on others. 18,000.00 men and millions in the communities this man is responsible for, but his focus and his time and prioritize retribution based on these mind games he plays with his self, rather than prioritize his efforts in the areas of his organization where it is truly needed. Recently, he just claimed all the men are suffering that they are all hurting after there werefour department employee’s some retired that had committed suicide within 24 hours. HOW WOULD THIS NORMALLY AFFECT THE PARADIGM OF A LEADER OF A LARGE DEPARTMENT. That is from a caring perspective and implementing programs that address a mental health crisis?

This would take a healthy autobiographical self, one that is creative, imaginative, has genuine reason, capable of extended memory, and an anticipated future. What I am experiencing are practices that were maladaptive and pathological before at an even more extreme level today (every time the man has been promoted it becomes more extreme) even though he entered an organization that had a policy against the use of outlaw practices, and took the position on a promise that he would address the issue of officers ganging up on people, but the problem is this man is the biggest culprit. These blogs prove it he is a slick criminal and my life is in threat due to him using county resources to run an criminally organized underground program that uses outlaw practices and gang up on people from my personal experience in a UNCONSTITUTIONAL, UNETHICAL, DEHUMANIZING, INHUMANE WAY. This leadership is not effective and it is not healthy for ingroup or outgroup conflict and aggression to unfold the man is evil and feeds on in between group violence. Self-awareness like mental health can be the perception, interpretation, cognition/emotion, and volition that one holds and how a persons character and personality unfolds through the very professional responsibility in which they must uphold. All those officers that are suffering and hurting and the ones that committed suicide have relationships, families and many more struggle and hurt along with them the department and community deserves better. Thanks, Bob, for another ass kicking the last two and a half weeks your underground hidden and covert force and brutality program really bring out the integrity of you and the department in which you represent.

Recently making things more interesting is that Alex Villanueva has brought forth a lawsuit against the county and in doing so made a statement that he was just trying to protect the citizens in the city. You can kind of see where this is heading and that a conflict that existed between him and some of the supervisors may be that of expectations that they had of more stringent policing. Villanueva saying that it was important protecting citizens rights and also bringing forth concern of democracy not being kept with Luna now coming in hints that the supervisors may push for a more aggressive broken windows style zero tolerance style policing. Meaning members in society may be singled out as a threat, treated as such in a biased way, and acted upon that they have to go and that they do not belong. Welcome to the world of identity politics. All this often without receiving any kind of warning. Not bringing attention to these practices even though the person is aware of being targeted free reign of the mission can be void of protecting the rights of the citizen which is not fair when practices becoming too extreme. This can be debilitating because the citizen can’t believe that there is a legitimate problem being imposed towards them which is sometimes difficult for the citizen to believe when law enforcement acts towards them in ways that is underground, because it is very aggressive and beyond what the normal duty of their job actually entails. I can speak first hand on this type of experience which can be traumatizing due to the disbelief of being oppressed (i.e., ostracism/ emotional abuse), and having acts of violence directed towards you (i.e., assaults form of food water you buy) that threaten your physical health as they try to hunt you down, bully, and control you. It is why this blog exists to try to bring control to those who cannot draw a line who seem to run blind and lack the ability to halt or even control their own behavior. The extremes like war they even go to block you from living in a way that would counter impose the label that has been place upon you, like you do not even exist, which is counterintuitive, counterproductive, destructive and just downright cruel and mean.

 It is a setback of aggressive policing that may use categorical thinking identity politics a form of pseudo speciation when a person is dehumanized to that of a target. Tribal politics a transcendent mission by a group often becoming extreme in a groupthink scenario pseudo kinship where the thems they seek to hate becomes the validation of the group polarized ideologies and the drive to adverse behaviors that they become addicted to. Then cancel culture from the stress, tension and paranoia of leader as the label placed upon the target was personalized in a way that reinforces his superiority, ego/image, and personality quirks that need to be constantly fed. All this and what else cognitively is left for all the other incoming environmental releasing stimuli that will present day in and day out. Yep, you guessed it the good ole scapegoat with the label imposed upon them will get pushed around, dehumanized, and bullied even more. So who is right to try to stand up against aggressive practices that bypass democracy in the min of autocratic thinking in the minds of mutually antagonistic men that when acting on what ails them does absolutely nothing to work on issues from within that actually are the basis of the adverse behaviors, and subjective views assumptions and opinions. Exclusionary practices are a form of adverse behavior that of negative reinforcement that removes something to prevent a headache, but the actual headache comes from that within the person in which controls them.

Would take a book to go through all of this, yet a forerunner in the mental health department that is beneficial comes from introspection and positive reinforcement. Scary since the mindset in a group think setting relinquishes self- awareness and individuality of character, nonetheless when seeking objective reality by way of sapience on can remain true and authentic to sel and utilize positive reinforcement when doing the right thing and they know and believe it. The beauty of neuroscience is understanding human behavior, neurophysiology, psychochemical and social aspects of a persons life all rest and come naturally when a person is in a healthy state of mind. It is selfish when people just want to fight when we look at the state of the world and deep down know the reality and importance of the unity of the world must exist for the survival of mankind rests right here in the USA in the strength that we can exhibit to show that self governance and freedom that this 200 year stands for is beneficial and the real deal.

So c’mon lets get it straight, stand together and be strong, stand tall for the rest of the world and America best of all.
