We are 9/8/23 reporting an incident 9/7/23 approximately between 10:05 and 10:40 at: La Michoacana Classic 5820 Firestone BlVD., South Gate, CA 90280. I entered the establishment about the tome listed above as I waited in a line of around 5-6 people at the end of this establishment is the register and I see a lady standing there looking directly at me with a surprised look on her face. No one that I know. What do I assume was a result of my being recognized by this lady manager that works there? A couple things, one is that she was texted a picture of me. There was not lot of time for them I parked across the parking lot to go to New Jersey Mikes but they had just closed. I then walked over to this place to get something to eat. Mainly I ate an 11 dollar fruit bowl and water- healthy a bit of ice cream. Now is 2:45 am It dawned on me that the same thing happened on Wednesday April 12, 20017 the night after my birthday when a couple of guys seemed to recognize me like this that worked at the snack bar at the Metro point movie theatre in costa Mesa. I had a lot of dehydration that night like what I am experiencing right now, and my mom was with me that night I worried about her. I knew something happened with the food or drink to my mom and I that night. Well, that was the last night I seen my mom at her home the next night she had a stroke before going to bed, and I found her on the floor the next day. Since the stroke April 14 and she has been institutionalized ever since and struggles with extensive neurological impairment. I stopped taking my mom or anyone to eat out due to these experiences . So, what do I think happened at the ice cream place last night? After I got home last night I told myself if I wake up with side effects again sleeping tonight then I experienced another assault. This is the where the second concern of all this comes in. Instant retribution an eye for an eye for the emails that I sent to myself last earlier yesterday morning regarding suspicious activity. Then how their polarized group orientated against an outgroup member- lets go kick some ass- happens.

All the tiger text concerns with Long Beach, (I can see why they would not want tampering and manipulating subjects to be found out) then now someone clearly partaking in the same activities as back then- these are outlaw practices, my experiences lead me to believe that resemble ganging up on someone. The issue I see is a professional that gave his word of not partaking, supporting, nor even allowing for these activities to take place on his watch. This was the main issue and remedy proposed, while campaigning for the position at the current organization that he has just started at the beginning of the year. His word is not good, because he has used outlaw practices and has no intention of changing. I am waking up with symptoms after seeing to be identified by a manager at 1 of any number of restaurants in this area in the four corners of this area that I could have went to to pull in and stop and eat at. This to accurate a hit so to say would require a number of people to communicate to any of these stops that I could have made before I even got there. Yesterday email mentioning them going to the back door may not have been so accurate,, but nonetheless these two realizations. The texting to a store manager my info with possible instructions what to do. It is an assault on my health by taking a threatening stance against me with a God given inalienable right.

This early I am having symptoms very dry hands, stomach upset, ears ringing can’t sleep again tonight. Sucks should be sleeping but I am up writing this. Same thing yesterday it is running me down.

The lies about being involved in these activities to assume a position from some one else is really not fair to the person that held the prior position at the LACSD. It was a power grab. Sad thing is Villanueva created a policy against the use of outlaw practices in the LACSD because he said he wants to do the right thing. The right thing he did was also a concern that he clearly stated that he was concerned that the integrity of the LACSD may subside with the new incoming chief and that he was also concerned about democracy being upheld in the form of protecting the rights of the citizens of LA county. Honestly the jurisdiction issue I see is that this is spreading way further that LA county. So and so lowered restraint when he took over in LB in 2015 and increased arousal. This has lead to an escalation in these what I deem as underground hate crimes someone singled out for who they are and physical threat being taken place in a hidden and covert manner directed at the individual, but it is directed in a brazen & bold manner. I do not care what anyone says this is an act of violence directed at someone, which raises concern that if someone invokes this toward someone that it incited hatred or violence directly back. It is more than kicking ass it is reckless what can happen- who knows the underlying health of a person- like my mom. Then also what about someone's emotional state to determine how a person will respond when they are getting their ass kicked in this manner by this obvious group of people. It even gets worse it pushes for a response that may seem like someone is unstable, yet it is being done to them in a way that may be entirely unconnected to what they may be being scrutinized for yet the ass kickers use a response from these assaults as a correlating factor- unstability whatever yet it is not a reaction by an individual problem it is a reaction due to the assault on their health that is actually causing the behavioral response. It exemplifies take it any way you can get it which varies but surely an extreme tactic to use with many implication’s of its use to be concerned about. Another factor is the addiction to the rush of the activity by the people doing it. The group. Clearly us against them activity with the leader indicating who to go out and get. Big in the ego boost arena. Not only in separating himself with others to be heard but for the unity within the group. Promotes in-between group violence and within the group unity and of course the leader of the hierarchy with everyone below in the group acting for and bowing down to his cause. Fulfills a number of needs for the personality in question, yet acting very unethically towards other always there with a vindictive ear to put someone in their place if you call him out on these immoral practices- narcistic abuse cycle. Self- serving all the way and getting a big pay check as well. Sucks to be used and treated this way. What happens if you stand up for yourself, I am already a target, well you get targeted more by dishonest people acting with the responsibility that they hold in an illegitimate manner. No trust I am so blown out by these maniacs I try to avoid at all costs. How long has this been going on. Since this individual stepped int the deputy chief position in Long beach 2007. We can do better if these practices contribute to the negativity that has already been escalating in society. Difficult to prevent hate, violence, tensions and frustrations from growing in society if you do not know where it comes from. A very value driven person stepped in in 2010 these practices subsided for the most part only to return in 2015, surely to become more and more extreme as the group became more polarized as the leader became more extreme- needing more and more.
