Jeremy Renner got ran over by a snowplow, a couple years ago Luna by a truck, and me I am getting steamrolled by the Luna express an out-of-control train that cannot stop. I know with some it is always someone else’s fault, and maybe my feelings are hurt because I have never even been given a postcard. Lets take a deeper look from someone else’s perspective that has been included as part of this experience for quite some time now. Here’s some insight. Detaching from the situation and opening one’s mind to look at the bigger picture is not always a bad idea. The going has not gotten much easier since I posted a blog last month. It has been said that Donald Trump wants any articles that have been written about him in any newspaper, or magazine brought to him every morning opened up to the page that they are written on. Fragile sense of self and extremely vindictive. It is hard to guess what happens behind the scenes with a man that has the resources and power that he has. Let me guess anyone that knows or is connected to supporting this person is under siege and threat just as the person is that had the opinion that wrote the piece that Trump was concerned about. It's strange that those that hold the worst opinions are even more sensitive to the opinions of others. Maybe some are just utilizing objective reasoning to try to understand where someone else is coming from, especially if things seem a little off or out of place. Whether it be ego dystonic thoughts from a generalized anxiety disorder like OCD that drives a person’s attitude, opinions, and behaviors it is never a bad idea to take a deeper look from an experts knowledge. I was just watched an interesting podcast with Daniel Goleman (wrote books on social, emotional intelligence), while doing a presentation at google on google. It had some interesting information about the human brain and emotional intelligence. One of the topics he studied at Harvard, and one thing he discussed is low and high-performance states correlated to cortisol levels. His graph shows peak performance (flow state) with moderate cortisol levels. It was interesting when cortisol levels were high performance dropped to a low level. He didn’t mention glucocorticoid sensitivity which happens with people when the negative feedback loops in the HPA axis stop regulating the stress response, hence the stress response is always engaged. We did a saliva test at CSULB to test for alpha- amylase which is an indicator of high stress levels. Nonetheless, Goleman went on to explain that an effect of the low performance state when cortisol is high, and performance is low is that the individual experiences narrow mindedness and becomes hyper focused on threat. Mind you that this does not account for personality disorders, physiological, and or biological dysfunction. Goleman calls too much drama stuff as being frazzle it is like having 5 of 6 things working so you have only one available in the brain for incoming stimuli, therefore experience a lower cognitive capacity. He also shares info related to the maladaptive stress response; the amygdala hijack which is a biological impairment that people with PTSD, and psychopathological issues experience. Pathways or networks in the brain that connect localized brain area’s promote frontal regulation, which is very important for emotional balance and control, which directly correlates to emotional intelligence, regulating behavior, and self- awareness. As human beings we have the responsibility to look out for one another even if that means that sometimes it is the duty of the oppressed (me) to let the oppressor know what or where he is going wrong. Yes, it is even a way to protect them from doing something stupid that they may later regret. One thing Goleman explains in the emotional hijack is that even intelligent people make bad choices when fueled by the amygdala (i.e., fear, anger), and it is these bad choices that when the dust settles people often regret. This is what we are trying to prevent. If anything, I have found that one leader can make a big difference for the good or worse, and the Goleman studies are a gift that offer insight to even the most talented leader.

Anyways instead of sleeping this morning I am up awake ears ringing hands all dried out under constant attack from an individual that has a whole lot more to focus on than me, but just cannot bridge the gap. Focus. Many people are counting on you at the micro and macro level, and pride, fear, nor anger should ever be the priority that takes precedence of your cognitive capacity. This goes to the point of why I am even writing this paper-Holy cow rough couple weeks for me since posting in my blog a few weeks ago has a very organized ring going on and it feels that I am on their list. They get to where I am going before I get there, and I have and continue to experience assaults to my health just from seeking a God given inalienable rights like eating and drinking water. Can't get food often things switched on the shelf where I shop or where they can get me. Fun increases the excitement, I am sure. Stand back and detach look at the bigger picture I am a good person, but these outlaw practices are prejudiced and are not a fair aspect of justice or humanity and they should be outlawed. I heard Villanueva say that the LACSD has a policy against the use of outlaw practices. If anything happens to me by way of my health, or a freak accident then Luna should be held responsible. This guy hates my guts, is driven by vengeance and anger, and it is time for the charade to stop. Have theory add people, but from an exclusionary practices perspective my experience is that creating a Perrin doesn’t belong dialogue instigates fear/anger, raises stress, and is perfect for a narcissist's agenda. These practices have promoted hate crimes and violence directed at me, condoned in a way that is concurrent with the abuse cycle that stems from this personality disorder. It has become more and more extreme since 2015, and in a way that is threatening my safety and my health.

Is it not a professional responsibility to protect all citizens? It would take dehumanizing someone pretty bad to have hate increased at this level. From a subjective stance it is easy to smear Perrin’s name, use persuasive power and manipulation to get people on your side. Create the status quo based on and to justify like-minded ideological beliefs then a narrative is in place for the personality to unfold. Just as the cycle goes sees a blog calling him out on practices, or if the oppressed challenges the status quo by not conforming by living up to the label placed upon him, then the ante on the campaign to annihilate Perrin gets upped even more. What about the integrity of your own organization the individuality that is lost when members take on extreme views and behaviors as part of the group? Hence, a polarized group and deindividuation just like in any social movement where extreme ideologies become the norm through a loss of self-awareness, which leads to extreme views that are acted out through hatred and violence. Hunt em down pushing the envelope gives a good buzz, but where is the regulation of emotions and behavior, which is the duty of the leader to uphold. There is no line this war will never end until someone is done away with. A lot of external validation and social status happening here, but it is the us against them dynamics, the between group competition, and the either or thinking that must stop. It is bad it damages the integrity of the in- group, some extreme some not, while the political ideologies promote between group violence. Trouble is seeing a problem where one could never be wrong, but some people just trust no one, lack a deeper sense of self-awareness, are selfish and maybe struggle in a less than optimal cognitive performance state. The views they hold of others and the extreme measures taken verify this and that something has spiraled out of control.

This is where support comes about looking at the bigger picture and being stronger together. I believe this is better, and have faith, do you? They say intuition is a blessing and may be one of the greater gifts of conscious awareness. This pulls the point home of the importance to avoid deindividuation (i.e, lacking self-awareness) for example becoming bigger than one's own self as part of a group. Self-awareness is a prerequisite of individuality, thus the process of individuation, which is linked to the higher functioning capacity experienced as self-actualization. Goleman studies show, the basil ganglia is a non-verbal part of the brain that reflects the gut feeling that is often better known as intuition. This process requires networks throughout the orbital frontal cortex, the amygdala, and the basal ganglia. The process of intuition is highly attuned to emotional intelligence; therefore, empathy and self- awareness play a key role in one's ability to be intuitive or not. Maybe this is a gift because it is said that intuition offers better signaling than thinking itself.

This paper was emailed to my perrin41@aol.com account on Saturday January 8, 2023, 8:08 am. Changes were made to the original while posting to this blog.

Since I have emailed the paper last week I have experienced being hunted down just as I go about daily life for essential needs like food and water, so I have been pushed and I have no other choice but bring it to awareness again. Defense’s may be raised even more, but the hunting down while I strive to get essentials for daily living is out-of-control.

These practices are inhumane and unethical, and maybe impossible to stop- hate usually is. Maybe there is hope by the person who provoked it by lowering restraint and increasing arousal back in 2015, and that he can put a stop to these practices that just keep getting more extreme by not condoning them.

I have to spend time doing this because the practices that people are partaking involve constant assaults on my health. I believe the motive and intent is geared towards me getting lymphoma or pancreatic cancer (i.e., using different mechanisms), and not living long enough to experience the hopes and dreams in which I have such hope and have so longed for. I question the ability of their judgement due to these horrible practices, but also due to lack of empathy, self- awareness and being in a state of chaos and impulse which is deindividuation.
