this second post on malignant narcissism it is important to bring to light when people bring the worse out of others, especially when they are in a position to affect many people negatively. Unaware of this they may think differently if they truly understood the hardships of the nature of their own functionality. If insight that is not available, then the actual possibility of the higher form of conscious ability when the human organism is structured to function optimally is never recognized as a beneficial possibility. I love the blatant lie accepting the new position to rid the gangs from underground or outlaw practices, and instead bypass the system and take matters into one's own hands. This is tyranny. A position taken from the incumbent that clearly stated that he himself put a policy in place that prohibited the use of outlawed practices.

someone that makes a policy does so as he said because he wanted to do the right thing to protect constitutional rights for citizens, to protect the principles on which this very nation is founded upon, and the integrity which his organization stands for. The constitution still exists and is supposed to be the guide that leaders in governmental organizations follow, and this includes Police chiefs as well. Talk about self-serving I knew there would be no other way for this person to lead because I am aware of his personality and the addictions, he has adapted as a way to cope and get his fill.

The whole nation with leaders like Trump, the whole world with extreme groups, and malignant narcissist leaders like Putin, Xi Ping and Kim Junhong are seriously a threat to democracy. Just like any leaders here in this country that stray away from the principle of their own organization, the principles of democracy, or instead partake in an autocratic or authoritarian style leadership that this is the threat to the very freedom that they are supposed to protect.

For me in 2007 after someone was promoted to deputy chief these practices began to evolve, when a very value driven person came into the LBPD in 2010 the practices practically went away until 2014 then they clearly came back again in 2015. Sowly escalating to become more extreme over time then upon retiring the extremity of practices went away for a month only to begin again unrelenting what I experienced as displaced aggression. Sapolsky noted that studies show one of the top things that causes displaced aggression at the highest level is when a person steps down from their position at the top of the hierarchy. it funny that I came across this as I was actually experiencing it.

Then without full resources the practices were not as aggressive but still taking place. then two weeks before the first primary came for LACSD Sheriff's position the practices completely stopped I was living again then after the primary the practices resumed consistently being hunted down till taking his position in January. Then just like in 2015 experienced the same practices until the officers in Palmdale were reprimanded from their duties he got comfortable (i.e., manipulating the system) then the practice's have been very extreme ever since being non-stop at the highest volume and extreme yet. At the primary he made a statement to Villaneuva wait till you see my body of police work. He went after it all year off surely using resources at LBPD, but when asked about the discrimination faced by the LBPD helicopter pilot, he exclaimed, that happened after I left. You never left diffuse of responsibility #1 symptom of a person that is emotionally dysregulated and lacks a moral conscience. After a year to self-examine a new position not an overview of a career and an anticipated future brought into a new setting in a new way just same ole same ole. Just because I go mountain biking and try to live my life away from the tyranny, oppression, discrimination and being stigmatized does not mean that these practices have not left their mark and that they haven't taken years off of my life.

The fact of being a slave to someone's idealism, and being treated inhuman, and dehumanized is daunting, painful and very difficult to accept or even believe. Actually, dedicate their life to hating me, ruin me and block me from living up to my well-developed goals, hope, and potential. For example, being blocked from following my goals to get married (i.e., goal I set in 2004 at 38), which I have pursued relentlessly ever since. My spirit and hopes consistently bashed so someone can have their day serve themselves and act in adverse behaviors to serve their pathological personality is as absurd as these abusive practices that have evolved. I am sure now that this man has condoned, endorsed, and even for what it seems like that he even orchestrated the practices. A top-down hierarchy is all about who kicks the most ass gets to the top. To blatantly lie to accept as position knowing this and practicing what he condones is as corrupt as the very practices that he endorses behind the scenes as regular practice and cannot turn away from.

I said it before and I will say it again this man is a danger to himself, to members of the community, and definitely a danger to the members of the organization that serve underneath him. The man is not a leader he is a thug. period

The man may have no compassion, dignity or love in his heart, but he is human and I do not give up on any human.

There are so many concerns and so many angles to look at of the how and the why's that occur at micro and macro level interactions by addressing what is compromised and how things can function very more effectively too.

this video from 1:16:00 to 1:32:00 looks at how some absurdities come about, and how people can be affected one way when seen as and treated like people and how when just seen at surface level or as a social issue rather that accounting for human aspects of the human condition. When neglect or malpractice takes place issues may never get resolved and often times a person pays the ultimate price. Why burnout? This whole blogging drama of my life experiences stems from an individual-me that is not in a state of despair but instead in a state of generativity one that has gratitude with an anticipated future that through extended memory, creativity, imagination, reason and through a volition of love wants to do well by others. I take my experience and positive growth in life with the ultimate outcome being to resolve issues that compromise people on both sides with the goal to build unity through inclusion, equality, inner-peace and happiness. This is so important that we take our individual experiences to share, to grow, to debate idea's and to give back. Not for me or you the story and the picture is much bigger than this but for mankind.
