Middle of night 3:30 am felt burning sensation in stomach and mouth. Wasn't able to get very comfortable with deep after stomach hurting upon waking at 9:20. Practice is demoralizing and deadly. Then you feel it in other parts of your body for example, I feel it on the right side of my head right now by temple side of eye and ear, and ears are ringing. Great way to lower someones moral, increase persuasion power or make them conform. I shopped at pavillions in long beach last night around 8 or 9. Bought water.

Frequency & duration = volume. Kind of makes me worried. I have experienced this 2007-2010 & almost stopping from 2010-2014. To completely returning in 2015 becoming more & more extreme & still ongoing at the present time.

Does my opinion count anyway? As far as having an opinion and any kind of free speech here anymore I will stay silent to avoid retribution. Consequently, I have been staying silent but still experience negativity and continue to experience these assaults which are consistently happening from the opposition.

Is it surprising that leadership has recently changed here & these practices are still happening?
