I am not a person that likes to bring the worst out of others, but I have a solid core identity, i am intrinsically motivated, experience self- actualization, and see beyond myself in a modest way that see's everyone the same as me and wish for others success as if it were my own. I am thick skinned and always seek objective truth and reality drom a structuralist approach, through a cognitive place that lacks emotional reactivity. I have placed such an emphasis of seeking deeper meaning throughout my life that I have learned a lot, and this begins with having individuality of character and self-awareness. It contrasts much of what Dr. Ettenson speaks of due to being engaged in your own suffering rather than detaching from it.

Which this video shows people with NPD the compensate the rest of their life with a dissociated sense of self that to defend against shame experience a grandiose sense of self that is no different than OCD and being compelled to wash your hands compulsively. In a state of mania building and blowing things out of proportion, and cot having the ability in a heightened case of paranoid anxiety and dissociated self that you are unable to see the complexities of another human being for anything other than something to destroy or destruct. I had to watch this video numerous times it really mimics what I have been experiencing. Dr. Ramini has posted studies that narcissism is associated with violence, and this video gives reason why some people get mistreated, exploited, and manipulated so badly by people that struggle with NPD.
