(46) once again hate prevails

I have not been posting recently trying to negate the inevitable is sure to just cause me more trouble. Seems folks been hearing my private rants about the lack of a code of ethics here. Hate is surely on the rise. posting to report I experienced upset stomach tonight then a slow coming on of ears ringing and cannot sleep due to side effects stomach ears ringing loudly and wide awake. Bummer, I have to get up at 5 to work today to meet a crane at 7 am. Organized underground crime- community improvement pushed and turned to the extreme of community cleansing. Not fair. need new leadership that represents all that the job stands for not the extreme practices a few think it should be. When McDonnel stepped in this behavior and practices went away only to escalate after he left. what a letdown gorilla warfare and people choosing to take matters into their own hands. A breech of democracy in American values of what the U.S. constitution stands for. Also, more trouble is a war already placed towards me never receiving any kind of warning, but false acquisitions and trying to take away from me what they can along with constant assaults like the one I experienced tonight.

Us against them in group, out group dynamics and leaders that provoke in between group violence by lowering restraint and increasing arousal. This is the last thing needed with the polarization that exists in the nation, especially among the stressful economic times and tensions from the pandemic. I try to detach from folks with negative narcissistic traits, that are aggressive, dominant, controlling, and sadistic. but they refuse to detach from me. This has been a way of life for these people for over 15 years and has only become more and more extreme in nature. especially since 2015. I recognized the spirit in Downy recently was very high at a wall mart that I visited. People happy it was different from the spirit level that i have ever seen at any market in Long Beach, Knowing the extent that the micro and macro level can have as a cause and effect on the members of society I was curious. After the positive experience I looked up who was the police chief, in Downey, and seen it was a female that had earned a degree in bachelor's degree sociology. I was very excited because I learned so much just from two sociology classes that I had taken. This degree experience as a guide for her philosophy and also as knowledge to use as constructs to use as a tool for objective reasoning on the issues and to discriminate her own thinking based on any stimulus that is presented to her is an invaluable tool available to her that is sure to benefit the members of her department and society. Just frustrates me the negligence and abuse that I keep experiencing. For me, the schooling experience has sculpted my brain to critical think which has given me many tools to use for objective reasoning and physical brain functioning as well. I am grateful for this for a number of reasons that I will share soon.
