Positive change to overcome negative behavior and state of mind are only solution is to be constantly aware of the negative effects of negative behavior. One needs to remind yourself. most people want positive change in your life, but become habituated or accustomed to action in certain ways and then become sort of spoiled. Just do the same you like to do that you become used to doing. But we can use our habituation to our advantage by constant familiarity we can definitely establish new behavior patterns. So, by making it a steady effort Dalai Lami believes you can overcome any form of negative conditioning and make a positive change in our lives.
