I had another bad experience again the ear ringing and being wide awake is not normal I do not feel good and will file a complaint with the del taco tomorrow where I ate.

need to get to the bottom of who is responsible for this. I have delt with this for 13 of the last 16 years. It stopped from 2010 to 2014 when James Mcdonnel was the chief at Long Beach. It does not take for him to be loud and proud for the organization to become ethical and follow practices of the job rather than becoming a one man show. The democracy of the United States is built off of checks and balances like the judiciary system and this is what separates us from other democracies around the world. I believe I am aware of who is responsible for the underground nature of these assaults on me. Trouble is It has picked up, and now become a quest to get rid of me I am a threat to someone's future ambitions, A major hunger and thirst for power, but I can't even get a meal Isn't this a constitutional right, a God given inalienable right? Sounds like a form of cruel and unusual punishment to me. Corrupt and if I try to stand up for myself, I will be criminalized in the same fashion. Thanks for disrupting my life and making me a slave to your cause for the last 16 years. A duty of a malignant narcissist a person without a conscience and someone with no remorse? Sounds like a great public servant, but your just fine, aren't you?

I am excited here I have the first semester off for the last eight years, Still studying, working, and Sunday I have my 25-year anniversary being alcohol free. And speaking of anniversary I set a goal in 2004 of wanting to get married and be racing 50 expert in XC mountain biking by the time I was 50. Seems I am surrounded by selfish greed and apathy turned sociopath and sadist. Never received a warning of any kind just a bunch of unethical underground bullying back in 2006- 2010 that came back to me like a furry in 2015 and has only escalated more out of control, extreme, and obvious ever since. If the system of checks and balances is neglected and folks take matters into their own hands then this despises the values of the U.S Constitution.

This is the form that autocratic nations practice when a authoritarian dictator is in rule when policies become out of hand and tyranny follows with this escalation of power, and sadly so does the escalation of violence, and hate. It doesn't even make me mad but it pains me because I am so driven and positive with such bright hopes for a better future for all. Maybe because I am used to a non- authoritarian style of America one where the people in the higher places of power are not afraid to let others be strong.

I honestly do not know why this man cannot leave me alone let me be free so I can follow my dreams in the land of the brave and free.. Perrin has shown his potential in a number of ways it just that it denies a label. But life does not just regard social constructs and social movements, because to a certain degree this defies social justice when people are dehumanized and treated inhumane. The outcome of my life should not be a challenge to the status quo due to being labeled. If so I am being held captive as someone's political prisoner being manipulated so that someone can use me for their own political success. Even if that means disposing of me because I did not work out as expected, predicted or what I was assumed to be. I am in a constant state of disbelief in what I am experiencing. So, I talk how I feel and somehow the word is heard taken as a threat and I become further abused emotionally and physically. The vicious narcissist's cycle. I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. I am concerned that in the breach of my privacy if proper steps were taken for approval which is required from a higher office. These rules are in place so people do not abuse power by preventing that they are not to be used for personal purposes. For example, when privacy rights are in turn used to invigorate the pathology and negative traits of an adverse abusive personality that is more presupposed to respond to emotion over that of logical rationality. It is not like I curse the county I use objective reasoning to rationalize where others are coming from whether I agree with them or not. I find acceptance and respect through a non-judgmental lens as a means of a healthy coping mechanism. This prevents being self-inhibited because reasoning how I feel through a rational means reduces carrying a negative burden when I am mistreated by others. It prevents carrying the burden of being shamed or carrying feelings of inferiority if I can understand where others are coming from at the deeper level then I can relieve the negative emotionality that has been impressed upon me But, this is not waving an activist banner like in Russia when protesters are beat up an imprisoned. In America freedom of speech is protected under the United States Constitution as well.

I try not to jump to conclusions and be quick to make assumptions through judgement. It worries me when some take matters into their own hands where logic may lack an empathic lens that is really needed to understand others and where they are coming from at the deeper level. Some do not have the time or inclination needed and may resolve to frustration and even anger in the decision process depending on the level of emotionality that they are holding within. If so, the lack of a reasoned judgement one may resort to pos-hoc rationalization as an effort to confirm (bias), and keep trying to find reasons to justify that the first assumption made of the individual was correct. A form of hindsight bias, in contrast, to keeping an open mind to experience as time allows for understanding the individual at the deeper level as new possibilities and information become available. Recognizing that no two individuals are the same and that individuals come from a vast and long line of differences and environmental experiences is very important. I cannot stress it enough to not be biased and to do this one must see people as individuals and not judge them according to stereotypes or categories. When the only thing one see's is a category then all they see are boundaries and when all they see is boundaries, then they do not see the big picture. The big picture is the human condition. and this is where human dignity coincides with experience to gain deeper understanding not only of ourselves, but that of others as well.
