The example taking place is what someone's true character is, the values and principles someone holds based the person's mindset. A combination of perception, interpretation, cognition/ emotion, and volition based off the behavior they display, and their discernment in how they treat people.
What if the organization has a tradition of expecting its members to practice integrity as a value trait that they prescribe and adhere too.
The person in question in the email linked to this follow-up hasn't been there two years yet, I can assure you that one form of integrity is human dignity. Right now we are experiencing his character in action.
One example of this is on the previous email will I experience retribution in the form of force and brutality in the form of physical or emotional assaults even smear campaigns and harassment?
Is it a personality issue? from deeply imbedded hatred practicing what mimics a genocide; tying someone to a group by label or stereotype then food assaults blocking them a human from taking care of themselves and blocking access even to health care without threat of having your name smeared so that he can beat up on someone some more or even try to take them out while getting health care.
Remind which America is this is? This is integrity?
The label or stereotypes is not human dignity. It is not even professional from a person recently mentioning after 4 suicides took place in members from his organization (some active some retired) in a 24-hour period. The comment was a cry out that they are hurting they are all suffering, which he expressed in an externally driven tone like it is all being done to them. Steve Covey in his 7 Habits of Highly Effective People book shared that he has yet to so a person that is externally driven be effective. My consciousness studies started with looking at the landscape of being internally vs externally driven it really makes a big difference in reinforcement and so much more that I do not have time to share here but I have shared in blogs. This guy just wants to validate himself as a person from a top-down hierarchy does, which it is all about kicking ass in a top-down hierarchy and it is pretty how people in a top-down hierarchy get to the top. Heartless and cold, relentless and ruthless, superior vs. inferior us against them using social constructs and social hierarchies to define objects that are not seen as people, instead that are just a social reward for your own greedy, selfish, and apathetic rule/compliance orientated self's success.
This is the Luna I have experienced like the Leader that prescribes David Mcclelands (Harvard) 1966 Leadership Motivational Syndrome (LMS type) power model. Described by a person that is not happy, likes to beat people down, that is highly disagreeable and expects blind loyalty. Sounds like an authoritarian the do not see people instead just subordinates to be used for their success. One question how much pathology comes with this. The balance between cognition and emotion has a lot to do with one's interoception and exteroception abilities to balance these through healthy coping mechanisms. Trouble is when the brain structure is altered from to much stress and even a workplace that seems you cannot stay attuned or aligned to your values and long enduring traits due to it being all about kicking ass. There goes your internal locus of control to the ineffective externally driven validated self where a person loses their self-awareness and individuality of character. You mean like an LMS type that exhibits traits linked to many personality disorders.
Just last week on KNX news radio mentioned Long Beach PD is lacking 150 police officers in their staff. I heard this on the news all day and many shared a prosecutor from Vermont that had just recently moved back to Long Beach. On the news cast it mentioned that had recently moved back to long Beach said that he thinks the problem with finding it difficult to attract people to the career is due to the job becoming a job of think lessness. Well he ran into his match actually his contrast, but someone that see's through the facade and the dangers behind it and his practices and he doesn't like it. A person that has not developed will not even practice the first stage of three of Lawrence Kohlberg's theory 3 of moral development. This is you want to do the right thing because you do not want to get caught. The contrast would be that of what the thinking of a deviant teenager or immature adult may practice. For example, well if I can do it and not get caught and get away with it then I guess it is ok.
Think lessness is one thing but Pathology is doing all the wrong things for the wrong reasons is entirely another. For example, when a person acts away from what would be considered a representative model of the professional responsibility/duty/agency in which they are expected to uphold. How they think the volition behind one's perception and interpretation has everything to do with moral development, which has everything to do with being internally driven and reinforcing behaviors that are attuned and aligned to the values a person holds so that their personality can unfold and their character can shine especially when things get tough. This is development of a healthy cognitional emotional balance and being connected attuned and aligned to a solid core identity as a result of these higher self-consciousness attributes which will become the backbone of your genuine and authentic self. I can promise you in this realm of existence you will be far from think less, instead you will have a generative drive; naturally happy and content (psychochemical balance at the neural level), and an autobiographical self that is creative, imaginative, reason, language, extended memory, and anticipated future.
I worked hard to learn all this stuff where I retain it and write it out without looking up anything, and there is so much more.
On a last note having a brain developed structured in this manner away from a false sense of self that is disconnected and experiences a fragmented personality makes such a difference in the autobiographical self. Rather than reductive science understanding individual differences of human consciousness at this level is science at its greatest. I am living it I understand it through my own life endeavors and experiences this is mental health and if Luna has a mental health crisis within his own organization, then he will listen and not just see threat and try to get rid of it like a senseless authoritarian would. I place him in a moral dilemma. Does he have a moral conscience? Or will his cognition be silent while the emotional response dictates his behavior without a solid core identity lacking the reinforcement values and expectancies (Rotter 1954) that an otherwise developed adult brain would be attune to by that of witnessing the true autobiographical self in action. The difference really is that of despair (pathology) vs. generative drive. Halt the hate you are responsible for 18,000.00 people this is not a joke and surely not a game.
