(47) Revised updated post that I withheld on 9/15 from posting but here it is

remember seeing a news clip with a representative from LB threatening to hunt you down forgot what they spoke of to constitute hunting people down. Looks like they are running out of people to hunt down or became addicted to it. A few concerns:

1). My issues came are that I consistently experience after drinking drinks and/or eating food (as they always have), so are drinking and eating are a means of survival to me? yes, they are.

2). what is being put in these means of survival to me that are causing me side effects. Is it something that will cause immediate or long-term health consequences? The difference may constitute the intent involved and the level of criminality being committed.

3). seems to me a warrior society is building where people are making decisions to take justice into their own hands utilizing a form of guerrilla warfare

4). The United States constitution was written in an effort to prevent a government from becoming so powerful that officials would become barbarous to the point that they took away individual freedoms of the people (like King George did). I would think criminalizing individuals because some official constitutes on their own that the person doesn't belong is not following order and more of hunting an individual like in a manner of a dictator using warfare like a modern- day lynching. Just my opinion from the experiences that I have encountered. Shouldn't be a problem seems that everyone else has an opinion. Not in the world of the malignant narcissist though. This is why these blogs are far and few between because of this constant narcissist abuse cycle.

5). God given inalienable rights were another reason the framers wanted to construct a new constitution away from the articles of confederation. If I cannot safely eat and drink to survive or get medical care without a threat to my health. Is this not a breach of my God given inalienable rights? Also, the Constitution allows for states to have sovereign power so that an individual can govern in each state. This responsibility to protect our institutions from having people put into a position in these organizations is important as to preserve our democracy and protect citizens from leaders that are willing to act barbarous in nature. if at any time in this nation this was important it is important right now more than ever.

6). What is being put in the food is the intent a deterrent or is it to harm someone, This is important one may be a tactic the other may be a crime. I have had experiences that have threatened my health I have concern of a lower level of restraint and a higher level of arousal in the city that can be indicated in instigating hate crimes and violence towards individuals that do not deserve it. Interesting tactic to manipulate and control someone, an abuse of authority and also a form of displaced aggression. What about procedure and what is required proper steps by law enforcement. This is the cornerstone of what this beautiful country stands for democracy.

7). underground, exclusionary practices, and community improvement turned to a community cleansing program. Does someone have an addiction and they cannot get enough?

Who gets to make these choices? Who implemented the program? Who keeps the program active and operating? It seems that people that are calling these shots is a form of a demigod- higher than human (i.e., unethical and inhumane practices), yet takes it a step further than what the democracy and for what the Constitution in this country allows for (i.e., it's all about me).

Like a dictator or authoritarian with no moral conscience stuck in a delusion of power. Lacking restraint and rational thinking skills is a sign that an individual may be lacking healthy cognitive processing abilities due to an impairment of frontal regulation due to maladaptive stress response. For example, struggles with impulse control therefore acts out of character by the risky behaviors he engages in. One that overlooks the value of a human life as he continues practices spreading his cancer to get rid of people that he himself has labeled as unfit. These blurred boundaries are not only breaching human rights, but are violations due to surpassing job duties, by not following proper procedure. and by acting in a self- serving manner that is unconstitutional and against the very oath that an individual makes to accept the lowest position of this job.

At a higher level and more extreme than ever, yet the covert and brazen and bold actions directed towards me are excessive and out of control. Just because I have not reported all encounters in this blog due to fear of retaliation does not mean I am not keeping track. Recently, it is just happening every day. tracking me knowing where I drive to work then mapping out a way home in advance. I do not eat out anywhere due to this threat, yet they extend to where I may shop tracking what I normally buy. Considerable effort time and resources involved. The worst thing is condemning someone at this level and the motives behind it.

I put myself out there and in dangers way to report these belligerent acts. One as a way to protect our fragile systems, the citizens, and even the people in the highest places of power. It would be wrong not to say anything.

I am sure plenty of people know Luna's true colors. I have got to understand him pretty well, since this man has been bullying me since he stepped in in 2015. I was not sure who was responsible, but I kept track of the experiences, since they have been quite threatening, inhumane, and dehumanizing towards me. Since then, the acts and behaviors have only escalated and gotten more and more extreme to the point that it has become completely obvious where it is coming from. I have had to look within to understand what was happening outside of me and as a result I probably know this individual better than he knows himself. I am so let down and discouraged.

Honestly, I grew up as part of the law enforcement community, and all this hurts more than anything else. I am so let down and discouraged...
