Follow up:
The accumulation of constant food/drink assaults has built up call it body burden if you will, but earlier in the week sleeping early feeling disorientated. The path of wanting to hold onto power and reduce any threat of who could be a problem for him may be anyone who is aware of these evil practices. Strangely the chief of Signal Hill PD had a heart attack on duty this week. I have been feeling it in my chest and I know it is from what has been taking place and where it is and has been coming from. Gotcha culture/ tribalism/ cancel culture. Identity politics is narcissism. It can only make you wonder with all this distrust, paranoia, retribution and hate, stuff going on. The guy is probably away from his work during the holidays, yet still has the resources and the power position where people will yield and jump on board to a preexisting group here that is still going strong. pathology will become more extreme as stress, frustration and tensions rise, and surely the extremes will have only escalated like the last two months without a doubt.
If I put my two senses it will be based on a cognitive approach to gain meaning of life experiences through knowledge, and caring. Meaning thinking is to seek deeper meaning and understanding, therefore will only take the stance of seeking objective truth from an open-minded non-biased structuralist approach. The contrast would be an emotionally based response of not really thinking at all. For example, instead of seeking deeper meaning one would place a negative opinion onto others from what is aggravating them from within, instead of looking within to making deeper meaning then place this ill-fated view onto others of what is assumed, predicted or expected from a subjective stance.
I am in this follow-up bringing forth the concern that the aggression of the underground hit squad (gotcha culture) has increased at a higher more life altering and life-threatening degree. Evil always starts slowly and escalates in extreme, and the problem is just like hate it never goes away instead it will only get worse. I must follow- up as I continue taking hits the side- effects get worse. Why and where does this come from? I seek the objective truth I do not respond to an emotional appeal by overreacting pointing the finger and calling names. Sorry guys you should see this as a strength not as a challenge. For me to connect the dots to stay ground and as a sense of fiduciary duty understand the dangers that these practices pose at many of the intersections at the micro and macro level of interaction. Identity politics, tribalism, cancel culture, nor development which I have brought up in the past will not be explained here at this time. Instead, the focus on individual differences of human consciousness related to thinking patterns, mental health, motivation (intrinsic vs. extrinsic) and practices at the organization level will be the topic of this conversation. Like being aligned and attuned to genuine versus a false sense of self and a personality that evolves in a healthy way or not is a paramount factor, and relative to thinking patterns like ineffective dichotomous thinking versus effective divergent thinking.
Consequently, how one adapts to their environment over their lifetime, and the cumulative amount of positive versus negative experiences that contribute to stress or not, surely can be the difference for the better or the worse of long-term mental health outcomes. Conversely, mental phenomena can be investigated obliquely to understand developmental outcomes by these social/functional variables in alignment to the biology, neurophysiological, physiochemical variants to find deeper meaning in the different behavioral manifestations that present. Advances in the behavioral neurosciences in recent decades have revolutionized these methods and have given them considerable power (Damasio). Individual differences are specific to each individual person, which requires a multi-dimensional approach, something that some are good at and that others are not. Development and thinking styles make a difference in how a person interprets reality and are outcomes of neural development based off if a person adapts to their environment in a healthy way or not. It is an important discussion since being cortically dominant (executive (functioning) or having a damaged hyperactive amygdala (running amok) are individual differences that contribute to the human organism functioning at its best or worst or not. As a reminder the individual differences of neuronal activity in different brain regions in correlation to neurocircuitry and how a person adapts to their environment over time are reliable tools available to better understand mental health outcomes that may present. because these determinant factors can be identified to a certain degree on brain scans.
Dichotomous thinking, fixed mindset, pessimism, circular reasoning, hyperactive amygdala, limbic friction, selfish, greedy apathetic, addicted to negative emotions like anger or disgust, in a state of despair, personality disorders, false sense of self, ego based, need power and dominance over others for a sense of stability, lacking moral development, disinhibited/disconnected, emotionally dysregulated, delusional, fantasy lack reality not aligned with solid core identity, lacks the internalization of a value driven life, no moral rudder, addicted to evil sadistic behaviors to stabilize vulnerabilities but believe they are not vulnerable, doing all the wrong things for the wrong reasons (pathology) deindividuation impulse chaos in their life. Extremely subjective, social hierarchies, categorical thinking, seeing what does or doesn't belong through either/or thinking, running on opinion and attitude through heightened emotions like disgust (apathy). high stressed anxiety, fear to the degree of a damaged amygdala and it scans the environment in a heightened sense of danger, amygdala hijack, disconnected from reality cannot discriminate ones own thoughts through logic and reason instead strong emotions are alarmed by a heightened nervous system response. lack self-awareness, compassion and can be isolated from affect; repressive apathy. Struggles to resist stress at the alarm stage, to look within, question, find deeper meaning through the dialogue of a rational context to prevent exhaustion, working memory compromised does not learn from experience, semantic barriers; does not process, store or retrieve information well. Rather than objective truth/reality a negative subjective response, lacks compassion does not care acts on discontent; unresolved issues that are deep seated and conflicts within subconscious. All left hemisphere, top-down hierarchy- group think, paramilitary, us against them either/or thinking. Marxist revolutionary thinking everything is screwed up the philosophers had it all wrong. need change. angry without resolve exclusionary practices.
By contrast, divergent thinking, sematic encoding, intuition (highest form of thinking), field of neuro networking, high level pattern recognition, cortical dominance, gratitude, empathic concern, compassion, generativity. Seek objective truth from a structuralist approach and a helicopter view of reality from the perspective of the bigger picture. In a parasympathetic nervous system majority of the time experiencing emotions of sadness or joy, emotionally regulated because of being empathically attuned to one's own feelings (i.e., affective state) and the feelings of others. learns from making meaning of life's daily experiences. self- awareness introspection our greatest tool, higher self-consciousness. moral reasoning skills, internalization process of a value driven life. reason and order in life process of individuation, functioning as a whole, more neural circuitry, creative coping, right and left hemispheres integrated, reads in between the lines fills in the gaps, cause and effect. interoception aligned with one's senses and reality, high bar of accountability in behaving and how they perceive and interpret others. self-actualization. Bottom- up hierarchy, civility, respect win/win outcomes, integrity, human dignity. Inclusion, acceptance.
John Stuart Mill thinking " He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that. His reasons may be good, and no one may have been able to refute them. But if he is equally unable to refute the reasons on the opposite side, if he does not so much as know what they are, he has no grounds for preferring either opinion". J.S. Mill 1849

//////////// The difference of thinking (i.e., dichotomous vs. divergent) above is connected to life experience, development, and adapting well which starts with self-awareness and finding meaning within ones own self. Having a solid core identity reinforcement of a value driven life is self- reinforcing at the neural level. Values and principles are best used as a compass in proactive decision-making process, and this dialogue contributes to the solid foundation (context dependent) that a person needs for neural and moral development, all tool for greater resilience to stress. Being engaged in ones own feelings enough for emotional regulation to take place through a cognitive approach to understanding the suffering of others is social emotional learning, which is a positive form of neural development and rational thinking that promotes long-term well-being and homeostasis.
Divergent thinking is empathic caring, and sapience {ability to possess wisdom (because of functioning as a whole) more neural development between more regions/ hemispheres} from moral development a contributing factor to the heightened ability to seek the truth objectively (without emotions like disgust getting in the way). Highly intuitive to keep the humanness in the equation/of the human condition (integrity/human dignity) due to the ability to see the bigger picture because of intuition and the basil ganglia on-line (scans your whole life experience) is sematic encoding (ability to connect past to present to future) which is natural in sound mental health development. Further, this prevents frustration and tension from building when you can stay aligned to self (stay true to values, principals), and when internal contradictions do not exist reciprocity to understand the suffering of others at the deeper level avails (situations, circumstances, behaviors/symptoms that may present), which is learning, it is acceptance and can be rewarding at the neural level only when it is true to self (genuine/ authentic). This is an important part of physiochemical balance from being motivated intrinsically, which is self-reinforcing at the neural level, hence increased dopamine baselines. This affective state interoception/exteroceptive balance when in alignment to a solid core identity equivalates to happiness and contentment which is achieved through a growth mindset, and reciprocal to others which is a fundamental aspect and outcome of divergent thinking.
Those that are intrinsically motivated have character development to the degree that they experience the higher optimal functioning state of the human organism (intellectual and emotional maturity). By contrast, those extrinsically motivated are dependent on others in their realm of thinking basically a premonition that things outside of them are in control/ being done to them. This not looking within to understand how they feel (lack self-awareness) for whatever hardship early on that prevented them from doing so. Consequently is the underlying issue that prevents them from being empathic and prevents them from looking within to make meaning of their suffering as it is related to external stimulus that challenges them. External locus of control and lacking the ability of higher self- consciousness from lowered reinforcement values and expectancies (at the neural circuitry level) prevent the higher form of thinking (divergent) are at mercy of the lowered counterpart dichotomous thinking. This lack of compromise (black &white thinking) is one reason why this thinking leaves people compromised to negative emotions and a disconnect (inability to see the bigger picture), because of lacking deeper meaning in the context of finding rational outcomes through a cognitive approach in their development. Accordingly love, acceptance/inclusion, caring and understanding are prominent in divergent thinking, by contrast in dichotomous thinking see firm, rigid, competitive, exclusion, through an aggravated lens then perceive everything as bad and not belonging due to this being the degree of interpretation skills that they have to work with.
Self-awareness; perception, interpretation, volitation has everything to do with keeping a rational balance of cognition and emotion, for example, maintaining a stable interoception versus exteroception balance in alignment with self and the incoming environmental releasing stimuli from the world around you. The differences of a person that has divergent and dichotomous thinking is not sparse and like in this essay it is not easy to explain, but to understand how the neurons work helps to better understand individual differences of human consciousness and the human condition at a deeper level. This truly helps to bridge the gap where often differences cause a nemesis effect leaving the misunderstood to negative emotions like anger, in contrast for others (like me) that are driven to bridge this gap of individual differences to constantly seek the objective truth/reality from a structuralist approach in the effort to connect and grow together. The conflict of these two individual differences sadly often is a contributing factor of the narcissist abuse cycle. Not me trying to irk someone, because I think out of the box as someone emotionally reactive that needs to have control or dominion over you may think. Instead, this higher ability (mature point) is my personality because of mental health development, my world view, from how I learn, how I think to my goals are the motivations to see better outcomes for all avenues in society. Wait what? Are you talking about that Perrin guy that I #@&%$@ that I hate and cannot stand. It is not that you hate Perrin, instead it is just how your emotions have become intertwined in resentment and anger and how you think, and this is a byproduct of personal development or a lack thereof. Still, the behavioral aspects tied to these negative emotion’s perceptions are quite unprofessional, discrepant, and disorderly to say the least. I am not in a quandary here because the behavioral neurosciences, devlopment offer experience to help provide deeper understanding and meaning of the discrepancies of others in an objective and reliable way that I can count on. For all purposes the depiction in this essay is to break down the form of negative versus positive differences in the form of thinking styles that are behavioral manifestations that are byproducts of mental health development. Though quite important, the underlying causal mechanisms of environmental/functional aspects of development over a lifetime (social emotional learning) will not be discussed here. Why not? It is the situational factors that in identity politics everyone else seems to overlook (fundamental attribution error) due to being hyper focused on fear and threat rather than seeing the people involved. The closed-minded pessimist thinking versus the open-minded optimist thinking, surely comes from differing outcomes of mental health development. It is the different degrees of subjugation of these thinking styles when they become extreme that we must be concerned with.
The differences between Marxist thinking and J.S. Mill are explanatory differences between dichotomous/divergent thinking, therefore bringing awareness of the need to debate to improve each other’s thinking. This is becoming less and less due to dichotomous thinking in a heightened state of disconnect this PTSD effect. Being disconnected is a form of a lack of development (amygdala hijack), lack of self, purpose/significance, for example, being stuck in one hemisphere (i.e., left) without extended memory, creativity, anticipated future or solid sound reason through logic or being attuned to reality that’s aligned to a self that is held to a higher bar of accountability and this needs to change. Extremism and political violence cannot become the norm, especially when it comes from negative divergent closed- minded thinking that is deluded from being emotionally dysregulated, lacking critical thinking, and healthy coping skills. Instead acting on impulse in adverse risky behaviors (i.e., maladaptive stress response) due to limbic friction (hyperactive amygdala) like leaders that run amok due to being disconnected, lacking empathy, and being over-ridden by a dominant overactive amygdala.
We must be the strength for one another not the weakness. Weakness from cognitive strain, internal contradictions, from being out of alignment with self. Then acted out negatively to compensate for lacking a sloid core identity at the expense of a false sense of self- inflated ego. These conflicts within the subconscious may be the pain from the issues in a persons life that have gone unresolved. These unaddressed issues lack positive growth in favor of acting maladaptively due to not seeing clearly, instead hating, fighting, and being competitive towards others. This acting out pathologically (doing all the wrong things for all the wrong reasons) lacks cortical control of a healthy volition especially when the deluded state involves human rights violations, behaviors that are inhumane, sadistic and when evil begins taking place at a high degree. This will not stop until the extreme becomes evident because the leader that supports and promotes these practices is so far gone. Well, we are at this point someone trying to take me out because of the incapability for them to work their own problems out. These are all examples of the need for positive reciprocity in ways that account for mental health not just when it goes bad but most importantly to be aware of this higher potentiality of the human organism from thorough moral development one that leads to a growth mindset, sapience, and divergent thinking. ////////////////
Individual differences of human consciousness', development in alignment with social emotional learning in ones environment, the cumulative effect of stress versus emotional support, healthy attachment styles, positive/negative experiences are not linear in a person's life there are overlapping conditions, multiple causality. We do not have single issue problems because we do not live single issue lives. Some good at this develop well and experience divergent thinking and sapience the ability to possess wisdom. I am in the divergent thinking group, and experiencing self- actualization to me is a blessing. One thing with gratitude is I do not see social hierarchies, social issues, nor do I need to be in a group (tribalism). I am not dependent on others for who I am instead I just see people just as if they are the same as me and I wish for their success as if it were my own (no competition). Incidentally, someone else is hyperdopaminergic, all about deadlines, paranoid, deluded, in despair, and cannot live without having to have power, control, and dominating others. Ruining lives, all hell bent on rules and compliance, but is morally dysregulated, and wants to rough anyone up who looks at him wrong. On top of all this man taking a Marxist approach is trying to clean- up at the end of year going into this new year in a way to keep a piece of mind. dichotomous thinking at an extreme is authoritarian style thinking to silence anyone that has a different vision and halt learning as to protect my interest. Not difficult to see what someone is thinking you think? Or what is going on, or what is going to keep taking place after all it is his personality, and you can count on seeing the same ole serving ones self. Once the neural structures, habit is set, the more the defense mechanisms, the eviler the behavior, the more the dysfunction, the more difficult it will be for this man to change. Compensating when not genuine and authentic to self is not satisfactory because of the nature of its superficiality, the false sense because the more inflated the ego the more external validation the person will need to gratify this ego.
The practices geared towards who belongs and who doesn't and acting on it obviously can be seen in the differences between the two thinking styles above. For example, negative reinforcement is to do something to get rid of my headache, but if the headache is coming from within then doing something externally to remedy the headache will only temporarily remove the headache. It is like behavior is a symptom and not the sole issue but to address the issue; the underlying causal mechanism (that causes the headache) must be addressed which takes a more complex style thinking to solve the complexity of human behavior. Which is another form of individual differences of human consciousness a level that can be seen on a continuum/spectrum since mental health developmental, behavioral manifestations, mature state, and social/functional experience come in a high degree of variability and cannot be resolved nor understood at the superficial subjective level.
Les explains it well. I can be hated but I do not and cannot hate. Others can be angry even rage at times, but I do neither it is not in my psychological make up to do so. I do not transpose anything outward; I do not see external events as having control over me. I am intrinsically motivated, I am proactive, I am in control of my thoughts therefore I am in control of who I am. I am interdependent. I work well with others for a common cause that is beyond myself. This is why I write this it is not about me, sure it may be for others, but you won’t see them trying to understand things at the deeper level, not even to self-improve at themselves at the deeper level, they are to busy pointing the finger at how screwed up everything and everybody else is. Having an externally locus of control being externally motivated is dependency on others it is not self- sufficient then the need control and dominate others. External validation is not self-reinforcing at the neural level, hence the need for constant gratification, being prone to adverse behaviors as well. The false sense of self is detachment from reality because it is the self that regulates everything through deeper meaning and understanding and when this does not exist there is no self just ego and a whole lot of developmental issues that just get worse over time that come with it. This is where callousness and where cold-hearted inhumanness comes from someone that lacks a solid core identity, sadly often it spreads due to the need for ego gratification. You can bet one thing, there will be plenty of scapegoats.
I could never imagine the extent, level and degree of what has been of my experience for so long. Does it not ever strike this person as to wonder how come I never get angry. Why do I not ever get the response from Perrin that I seek? Just makes him angrier, more hateful, more resentful the very things he reinforces that have become the very nature of his spirit Not good when underground he is taking people out that do not deserve it. He is the ultimate judge with absolute power. I only dig deeper, try harder even under inhumane, dehumanizing conditions of mistreatment and evil. I can speak of the individual differences because I contrast myself with that of these experience's that I speak of. I hope this essay helps to explain this, even added a link to ideas that sync from a licensed professional like Les. If you do not accept someone you will not get their blessings. All I have to offer is love and someone else cannot stand it. I am supposed to know better to not engage someone that has no control over their emotions, lacks a moral conscience that partakes in dangerous antisocial behaviors. I keep taking hits and it is taking its toll on me. If I do not say anything and something happens to me then no one will know where it came from and who is responsible. For me at the conscientious level as the extremes further increase, I feel a fiduciary responsibility to step-up not only to prevent more people from needlessly getting categorized, bullied more importantly to prevent more people from needlessly getting hurt.
Looking within to make meaning of the broader picture at all the situational factors of life's experiences has helped me to create ideals and frameworks to help working professionals to hone in their skills to get more out of themselves in the effort to make better progress in the service to others. I am being and have been being hunted down and targeted, and the personal disposition, worldview, and the political aspirations that Luna hold that contribute to the ideologies that fuel the fire of this hatred of a social movement directed towards me has been a primary driver of my studies since I graduated CSULB in the effort to find resolve and to give back. For example, not just seeing the charismatic behavior that presents on the surface, but in this case it is the unethical anti-social behavior that you do not readily see on the surface that is very concerning. The complexity of human development cannot and should never be simplified to categorical thinking or social constructs, which lacks taking account of seeking deeper meaning of the many variables and factors to understand that of the human condition.
It shows different thinking styles lead to different practices, and that what we see in pathology, for example, narcissism is often a failure of socialization, which has interesting political inspirations. His behavior is becoming more uncontrolled, more extreme, more dehumanizing, and more people are going to be getting hurt due to a delusional paranoid out of control state of mind. The difference between dichotomous and divergent thinking may be determinate of an effective well-developed leader with reason and order in their life. The contrast dichotomous thinking may be determinant of an ineffective leader where impulse, chaos, authoritarianism, social movements and social contagion pursues. For example, the overstressed someone that experiences a physiological change (disconnect/amygdala hijack) in their mental health development (epigenetic change) one that has left them in the compromised maladaptive stress response; emotionally dysregulated, prone to adverse behaviors and impulse control issues. This coupled with a fixed closed mind set contribute to place and time variables of individual differences at the micro and macro level. Where at the micro level we see a rise in hatred involving identity politics placing judgement onto others in a subjective way attacking (the thems) through the perception of what they hate Similarly, as what you’d see at the macro level with the status quo (ordinate) controlling what is seen as a subordinate, and at an extreme this interaction has a high degree of social injustice and political violence to go along with it as well. When emotions override logical thinking before making a response one would regret, often there is a moment of cognition for a person to make a thought stop. It is important to not be shortsighted, because once appealing to emotions like fear or anger they may eventually overcome you to where a thought stop no longer becomes possible.
The contrast is to have cortical dominance to automatically seek objective truth, to not judge, to accept people for who they are, their character, rather than for fear, anger or hatred to blur your vision. Often the path of least resistance may not always be the best path to take, since it does not always help us to preserve democracy, save lives, to learn together, or to be open to debate to improve each other’s thinking. Stage 3 of Kohlberg’s moral reasoning comes about by being intrinsically motivated, seeing the bigger picture, connecting things other do not see, where shortsightedness may overlook logical rational thinking causing many problems instead. Pathology is doing all the wrong things for the wrong reasons, and often comes being extrinsically motivated, from being insufficiently socialized, which exacerbates a negative mindset causing social implications that can wreak havoc all over the place. These are some of the reasons why I have taken the time to write this and past experiences through the years to share insights and knowledge from my own experiences combined with others. One goal for me is to halt the progression of multi-generational trauma (physiological change, insufficiently social emotional learning), also to stop practices or behaviors that contribute to the beginning of trauma and for it being passed down. To bring awareness to the many variables of development that contribute to the more effective divergent style of thinking. Organizations and members in society require top-notch effective leadership for better long term outcomes. Many in society find themselves in a place of hardship and struggle, therefore they need your strengths not your weaknesses bestowed upon them in order to help them believe and achieve.
Positive mental health outcomes are based on whether we can develop a growth- mindset, which as social beings is done through reciprocity and the acceptance of others. The difference between rejection and acceptance is real, and the style of thinking that a person adapts to can be reflective upon one's moral development, reasoning skills, and it is in these of these efforts that a healthy state of mind can be maintained or not. Positive mental health outcomes are what is important to me, this is why I have kept a blog, this is why I am trying to help. I can see where negative social implications come from and the problems, they cause, and this is why I am trying to do the right thing by explaining it so others can see it to benefit as well. Positive growth and change is possible when we can bring awareness, and implement programs that promote for social change and better mental health outcomes that, which in the long run create environments that bring out the best rather than the worst of us. Even with this man’s mind set, and the ill-fated intent of an underground criminal enterprise I haven't given up, but without your help things are unlikely to change, and I may not be around for very much longer. Then all this hard work, effort, and possibilities cannot be invested in and further explored. Extremism is addiction, and comes from neural networks that are compromised from stress and/or a lack of thorough development. This in turn contributes to a lack of an objective basis of reality due to lackluster thinking patterns often taking place at the expense of others, which creates lose/lose scenarios and situations that often never end this needs to stop.
1/3/25 What I predict weekend full of retribution, getting people on their side (defensive)
Post-hoc rationalizing (confirmation bias), and continued stagnation/ entropy for Perrin. Better join their side or You'll be next on their list
