(37) Targeted assignations written & filed 2/13 2022

First and foremost I am not anti-cop. The man that name and raised me worked for LBPD for 39 years , and was one of the top seven of time on the force when he retired. Being around him and his friends was a big part of my own life, and his brother Victor was also on the department. I have experienced what seems like tarnished experience from practices that have taken hold here (I began experiencing in 2007 that have not gone away. Practices of social control that simulate hate that are dangerous and destructive to the health of some civilians is what I have experienced. The experience continued for me till 2010 went away then came back with a vengeance in 2015. Slowly killing me is part targeted assassinations well organized and these guys hit their mark well with what they do. My concern is it is a bad example not only in this city but if it becomes widespread. The widespread corruption that I see and have experiences is provoked and condoned by those that run and operate the LBPD, and since the new chief has taken over the practices have not stopped. When Jim McDonnel took his position as chief in Long beach the practices did stop I can guarantee you. This is because it is known that he holds a high bar and plays it by the book. The difference a man can make. The last three generations of imbeciles is enough that have corrupted poisoned not only this department, but citizens that they do not see fit and belong. This is not a practice that is legal, ethical , but an inhumane practice that like all hate has started and slowly escalated to something larger and out of control. My question is was Tom Modica aware of this and these practices, does he condone this or is he just another person that may live in fear because the wide spread corruption has become a source of fear mongering that has taking place here in this city.

I am working hard to give back and have just completed 8 years 16 straight semesters at Long Beach State. Under the suggestion from a guidance counselor in High school I went back to pursue my education in psychology. I have experienced being harassed and they have tried to make it difficult for me. I am doing the right thing but when people do not think you belong or do not want you here they take it among themselves to control and I really think a sense of power and grandiosity of self is a big part of where these escalated and excessive/extreme practices are derived from. Bent on rules and compliance authoritarian style leadership that is extremely rigid and non-flexible. Civil matters and this kind of leadership I do not think go hand in hand not only because of ethical concerns, but because redemption cannot be the go to toll in these matters. This would be to generalize people to categories and groups of who belongs and who doesn’t rather seeing diversity and human beings for the unique contribution at the specific and individual capacity that each person has to offer. That was missing in the kast civil war and so was compromise in a war that killed over six hundred thousand people more than all the wars combined since that war. This exclaims the importance of preventing practice that may lead to another civil war. One republican just recently mentioned that a civil war in these times would not be the same and may take place in targeted assassinations (Adam Kinzinger). Mitt Romney in an interview not long aga mentioned that authoritarianism has taken hold in a lot of politics and that he was afraid that it would get worse.

I do not write or fill in every time I experience what I call a lashing. A bad experience eating, but I do not hardly eat out because of these experiences I can’t. It is too risky to my health these folks are determined and when targeted they are very precise. The practices have narrowed down what I buy and eat and drink. These are items that your body digests and are tools for maining health and nutrition. I have been concerned of the unethical nature of these practices because they threaten your health but also take away God given inalienable rights that are supposed to be protected under the U.S. Constitution. These practices are not of the job description- whether they contract out or go about this underground, or how much is utilized by the administrations resources has got to be a concern. Cruel and unusual punishment. I vent (privacy of home) because they control my life and leave me isolated, which I see as a form of cruel and unusual punishment which is corrupt to control someone from preventing the person from living the way he wants too, because the person is seen as challenging the status quo or the foundational ideological beliefs that the group holds that are at the root of the label that is used as a political tool to generalize people too and treat them accordingly. This propaganda a tool political means to hold me as a hostage and a slave to your cause for one’s own personal gain. They use the tools they have at hand to condemn me behind my back at get people on their side through fear bread hatred. I am concerned of how the times are going, because economic hardship in history escalates tension and brings out the worst in people. Leaders need to be aware of this because the pandemic has, and still brings about hardship in many ways. This challenges resilience and strength, but lowering restraint and increasing arousal like what I have seen and experienced has increased hate and has instigated higher levels of behind the scenes violence, which is excessive and unnecessary. I will repeat that to live my life as I want to achieve my goals challenges the status quo and instigates threat towards me. This threat takes form of social control that I am being used as a political tool for someone’s success. The form is of a targeted person slowly being killed off by their practices (targeted assassination) which is a form of a new civil war.

Political practices are different based on leadership style which is a product of personality. Some may be for the success of the organization which reflects on their own self (externally motivated). While, others may really be visionaries or more of a humanitarian based and follow an internal value systema that places themselves aside and mor empathic (internally motivated.) But, if a leader comes from the same administration as the person that promoted them It is likely that the admiration between them that they will feel obligated to follow the same practices of the person that motivated them. Look at What Donald Trump expected of Mike Pence, and this was a man that stood behind him every step of the way until Pence was regarded to choose between (in the spotlight) the American people and Donald Trump. I think Pence did the right thing. Imagine though Trump honored him by choosing him as Vice President, and the pressure to have to chose (moral decision), but Trump had personal issues and when asked to deflect from his own values Mike Pence was determined to stay true to his values.
