(65) Thanks again for another lashing. Nothing worse than being a slave to someone's cause.

The previous post of an email sent to me on May 28th that was attached to another email that was from April 18, 2023 is a way to keep record of the abusive practices that I am experiencing. I mentioned in the email directly to the man calling for these assaults on me to meet with me so I can share all the idea’s I have since I have experience that he doesn’t have from being an insider and an outsider of this whole charade. I am a structuralist and with my experience in daily living and what I have learned in my education and as I have continued my studies after graduation I have found many ways that from a different perspective may be beneficial for all involved. I have not let my suffering go in vain and have just dug deeper and tried harder (which is my style) tpkeep growing positively in a way and through the perspective at the micro and macro level of how and what could be done differently in the wider realm that could benefit all parties involved. It is a shame that once a person deems war upon another that blind loyalty is all that is expected.

Couple question’s,

1). if the authority in question runs a practice that is highly disagreeable, away from the duties of the job, inhumane, and treats people as animals then isn’t his a stance of authority that is illegitimate?

This one is easy to answer but since it seems that someone lacks any kind of self- awareness here it is.

2). When targeting a person for a long period of time (the last straight 8 years) in the manner of damaging and threatening a persons health if a health incident does occur and it happened because the person is tied to a group then isn’t this a genocide?

It is obvious if this man meant any word he said while speaking to the entire nation on T.V. in the time of the primaries leading up to the election in which he eventually won and was hired , but it seemed to be on these premises since he vowed to make no campaign promises. I see an error though in that Villanueva stated that he put a policy in place that prohibited the use of outlaw practice in the LACSD. This is a good thing, but if Luna meant to keep his word he would not have even accepted the job due to the fact that he used these practices, was using them, and from what I have been experiencing all year and on June 9, 2024 that he is still currently using these underground outlaw practices today.

Even so, call me out on this but if he meant business to make change the surely Hebeish the man that he promoted would have listened to Luna when he told him to put a policy in place that bans outlaw practices. But you and I both know and I hope that we can both agree of the reason why Long Beach has not made a policy to ban outlaw practice's.

21st century policing at its greatest?

Then the community policing bit collaborate is a term that real quick gets turned and denoted to a coalition of groups us against them that the power, privileged, the entitled use even though half the discernment of the folks in charge is prejudiced and discriminative as *%^# in the way that I have been treated and from what I have constantly experienced.

Individuality of character, self-awareness went long ago as the state of repressive apathy has pursued and acted out in a deindividuated state of impulse and chaos evolves. God help us as our societies struggle and the tensions in the world are higher than ever yet within the confines of our own country some people are just off the hook and cannot get enough of serving themselves. I am and have faced the threat of my very existence, at the hands of this merciless fool. But I am going to tell you right now until we have leaders that dig deep not for themselves, but accounting for the bigger picture and what is best needed for us all in these challenging times of duress we as a people we are all under threat.

When conflict arises to the degree that a persons life, and physical health is being continuously targeted and threatened, when the individual has constant experiences like I have reported then the only way this can be resolved is at the individual level. This is advice from Herbert Kellman the man that wrote crimes of obedience book. This was a great man that on his deathbed asked how can we get more people to love. Well with what is happening here is the opposite of love. It is more someone that loves himself to the degree and unity of the group is increased at the hatred and expense of members as someone wrongly labeled ,seen and positioned as an outgroup member. Hey I am all for unity and getting along, but can you do so by keeping in your head by maintaining rational in your views and emotions, instead of acting out in insane behaviors towards others? Really contently underground attacks on a person just cause you have power and can utilize practice to condemn and smear someone's name just cause you say he doesn’t belong then have your cronies constantly kicking my ass all over the place.

Never open to another perception or interpretation; selfishness, greed, and apathy always prevails in your character, which me being the contrast of a character of that nature and all the hard work I put forth all the papers I have written are all efforts and ideologies from all of my hard work to give back to all in society. And, I mean all in society not who I favor or who can favor me, bu in an unconditional non- biased means at the micro and micro level ways that can help propel folks in a positive manner not cause I get a check for this not cause it serves me well but because it is just, I care, and if we all would do this the world would be a better place. A goal that I set in 2006 when I set the goal to go back to school which just gets turned a blind eye too, but still 16 years later still digging deep, learning, developing, growing with the same quest and same goal with all the work to prove it and show… And, speaking of a blind eye, and you know, but there is never no limit or no line for you to draw. What discipline , what self-control most fundamental attributes, but with this person he is just to far gone for any of this to ever show.
