Quite manipulating people for your personal gain
Where is it coming from and who is the driver Tuesday morning June 21,2022
In 2015 when McDonnel left these experiences escalated as if someone lowered restraint and increased arousal. I was unaware of where it was coming from then, but it has been on going and getting more and more extreme ever since. The harassment increased and It did not stop. When the decade ended entering 2020 the incessant bullying did not stop. I kept track as best as possible, and when I experienced treatment that was unethical or a product of inhumane practices I would email myself and take notes. I was very busy with school, and regardless of anything I stayed intent on completing my goals. I recognize the same from the other side, but the job is not supposed to be of a biased nature. Talk about survival mode literally under siege and attack, and it concerns me because having an open mind when considering others is necessary because only in war is it an all-out attack. Even in war there is a line and a limit, but these folks I have yet to see any line. Except for with me and then they will draw a line if I do anything that counter imposes their label then the bias is tenfold through the roof. Assumptions galore super proactive in shutting me down. Awareness now comes to me looking back at the timeframes and the trends from what I have experienced the since 2006 at the hands of these people. When Luna retired the displaced aggression increased like I mentioned ever since finishing school December 18, in January and February it all escalated big time until a few weeks before the primary election. At this time I started exercising a bunch, was feeling, and looking better my hope were rising of goals I set long ago could come true. It was almost like when McDonnel was in and people were on their good behavior. Granted all this time I have been living in survival mode buying food at markets and not eating out to prevent being assaulted. After the primary election all the harassment has returned again and it has returned at the highest level yet.
Coming across recent studies I learned that stepping down from the number one position of the hierarchy is a number 1 reason and main cause of displaced aggression. Often due to frustration and tension, and I can see this.
I also assume that I am and have been being held captive as a political prisoner, and now more than ever political tensions and aspirations are at their highest for this person. it is time for me be used as the political tool for someone’s own successor or be done away with. This is exactly what I am experiencing. I recognize this by what is happening around me, and months ago I was sure when this man retired that I would be like the U.S.. capital on insurrection day.
Bummer part for me what I have experienced has spanned years and careers. I write these blogs to bring awareness, and to try to protect myself but it is only making things escalate further. On the news two Wednesday’s ago this individual spoke of wait till you see all of my police work as if it was a portfolio for the job. I realize this man has major power potential now due to being able to offer thousands of jobs many very high-ranking promotions as well. It is obvious who has behind all this, and still is fricken guy has a vendetta against me or just business as usual be the best organization in the country never good enough got to be something much more. Surely many of his cronies will leave Long Beach with him as well.
Intergroup violence is high now, and there are many that are seeing the possible benefits and implications due to the high likelihood of opportunity that will come about since the likelihood of him getting the position has raised since the primary. All combined I have been experiencing a major escalation of aggression, threat, towards me along with the hidden and covert assaults on my physical health. This is taking a toll on me and no doubt does not care and is relentless as ever It is nice to see it unfold but under the circumstances I do not see things ending anytime soon. The dogs are already unleashed.
Confirmation bias is like post hoc rationalizing made a label now do everything to try to show your right. like hindsight bias the old I knew it all along thinking. Being irrational can come from limitations in human cognitive processing abilities, personality disorders or issues with neuroticism, anger, fear, automatic bias, phobias, anxiety, external motivations to gain success too increase public image, and in group favoritism. I am an idealist always looking through a positive lens of unlimited possibilities, a person who see's the world in all shades of gray and wants to see everyone reach their highest potential in their lives.
Two ways could go about this campaign:
1). Be a sharp dictator and work a social movement in a way to satiate his need for power and social control with pressing issues and gain social support, which relies on external factors of material success that may use others for your own personal gain.
2). Focus on the issues through research locating where the problems are, what needs to be done to fix these, and a plan of attack on how the problems will be addressed and resolved and the benefits of doing so.
With number two the incumbents name does not even need to be mentioned, and no one needs to be used or attacked for personal gain. With number two a lot of research work will be done before hand so that the new individual can get right to work on the tasks and issues at hand when he gets in.
# 2 would be my preferred route of focus as a leader because the field work part is for employees. The leaders goal is to create a work environment that allows for an effective workforce inside and outside the department so that the employees experience less friction and members of society are allowed to develop at their full potential. This is major responsibility with a lot of avenues, possibilities, and direction due to the much larger network of cities. Individual subdivisions within department like jails each requires research, overview, insight, and feedback of how positive change can and will be made. Being hyper focused on an individual or individual specific issues may have been good for the first resume but this level has already been reached and attained. It is time to hypothesize ideologies to show the skills of planning and creative framework for all the departments from a leader's perspective, An effective leader will not be pressured or sidetracked to bring menial issues to the table that the employees are supposed to take care off.
Hyper focusing on an individual without being open to a different interpretation of an individual due to being unwilling to change one's own fame of reference to a certain degree of extremity goes beyond just an abomination to someone's character, Everyone knows of good old fashion police work this isn’t Adam 12 anymore, but maybe a less rigid and more flexible philosophy is not such a bad idea. Tribalism, intergroup conflict, and violence is on the rise in America, and it should not be within the department either. keeping the peace in society, may be reflective by working in a mindset of peace as opposed to a mindset of war. Finding the underlying causal mechanism of the problems locate the avenues of real change that need to be made, you know in between the lines type of things that no others have thought of yet. For example, the latent factors that can be revealed and solved which can bring about the greatest level of change of all.
