  • This podcast of psychiatrist Ian McGilchrist shows the importance of developing to the degree that the right and left hemispheres are integrated and the person will experiencing functioning as a whole. The corpus collosum separates the two hemispheres, and people are more predominate in one hemisphere over another. McGilchrist explains what happens when a person functions in only the left or the right hemisphere, depending on which hemisphere a person’s function is more predominate in. It is challenging to work on your limiter and evolve to fuction as a whole which, Carl jung calls the process of individuation. Having reason and order in your life where to experience deindividuation Is to struggle with impulse and chaos. He shares being just left hemisphere is to experience a compromise. Most run from self reflection or self-awareness and lack emphasis of a deeper meaning in their life, therefore will run from watching any of this podcast. Yet, it is this very neglect of self that leads to the compromised individual that struggles when being stuck in one hemisphere or another rather than rising up to complete yourself in a genuine authentic way and really benefit from functioning at a higher form of mental health development.

  • The very practices of a hit squad, gotcha culture is that of what an individual compromised in a state McGilchrist describes when a person is functioning in only the left hemisphere.

  • The struggle is real you see it acted out in the unethical inhumane practices that some folks are partaking in, these behaviors that are taking place that are bringing us back 100 years. You try to bring awareness and you only get attacked behind the scenes for it. What the 130 posts in my blog are all about-cruel and unusual punishment from a man that is so full of himself that he cannot even see straight. In this case it is a deluded leader stuck in left brain, experiencing a disconnected maladaptively functioning so long that the pathology is sadistic and evil. With a split personality, exhibiting signs of ventral medial prefrontal cortex damage listed above. It is difficult to be transparent when you cannot be honest with your own self. And how much of a paycheck are you collecting? This guy has been all about kicking ass, manipulating and exploiting everything all over stagnant and in despair to get that social reward (external validation) any way he can.

  • While effective leaders like James McDonnel have there heads down placing their focus where it needs to be (aware of the big picture) utilizing functioning as a whole with all the experience they gained throughout years because of seeking deeper meaning from all the interactions (social emotional learning process) by making emphasis staying aligned to self, a self that is a derivative of a highly value driven and principle centered individual. Leading by example holding a higher bar of accountability for himself while expecting it of others. In this effective style of leadership (builds moral, confidence, trust, helps people stay grounded) from a life that this person has worked so hard (what know one see’s) to be something much bigger and much stronger (not by kicking ass all over) is exactly the higher form of Development McDonnel exhibits is that of the very form of mental health development (functioning as a whole) that McGilchrist and Jung speak of. Behavior at its best from holding a higher bar of accountability) a life well lived. Rather than behavior at it’s worst from a life where burnout, stress, disgust, and apathy has gotten the best of the human organism.

  • Within this ineffective leadership the organization, the family members and people in society are paying the price. The hidden underground program got to love the acid hits guys, another tonight, can’t get enough of punking and bullying acting in ways an effective leader could never partake in because the have a moral conscience.

  • Pathology-clusters of maladaptive behavior’s that reinforce one another. In other words pathology- doing all the wrong things for the wrong reasons. From my experience for some it really does become about one of two things.

  • it's either all about me, or it's all about retribution. I say this because this is what I keep experiencing. and now because of this another email and 2 blog posts. If you read it it goes beyond me what is taking place is ugly and it is a threat to all
