Amongst what is and will be taking place in my external environment watch this video for an explanation of what someones problem is of why they act in the way they do. Also, after posting 3 blogs on 7/30/25 and what transpired 7/31/25 and what comes about today this podcast can also indicate on what to expect and why.

This early morning stomach is aching due to another gotcha culture hit squad on me. is this not ganging up on someone associated with outlaw practices. Strange acting in behaviors mimicking guerrilla warfare maybe this is why Villaneuva I am sure had a policy in place prohibiting the use of outlaw practices. one of the reasons he says he is running again is to protect citizens. 

Listening to this podcast on narcissism it really shows people that experience this personality disorder would very much show struggle in a leadership position. It shows why, just like right now making a self report of unethical inhumane practices that I am experiencing in an effort to make sense (gain understanding and meaning) of why I am being mistreated and suffering as a result. Also to bring awareness I am not self-inhibited, so journaling is a healthy outlet, whereas others may struggle (lack resilience to stress) when mistreated at this level. Dr. Les carter brings about in this podcast that the narcissist themselves struggle to cope and the fact of what I am experiencing are actually behaviors that a leader orchestrates through a program that has been designed to serve themselves as a transcendent mission (group of people kicking ass for him) by targeting individuals that he himself so choses to act upon. You have to remember this man just lost three employees and their funerals have not even taken place, but in an anonymous fashion where he believes he can cover it up and that no one is looking but in reality it is an example of a person that does not cope well and that maybe these practices stem from unchecked frustration and compounded tension and are a form of displacement of aggression. 

The personality in question even in this mini podcast explain the nature of this narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), and if this is so no wonder why these practices I have experienced have taken place since 2007 when he was first promoted because it is who the person is. I posted the other day because I am tired of being a scapegoat to this mans belligerence and hatred. The first post of my blog in 2021 exemplifies this of him and the cold callousness that I was experiencing then was what I was experiencing on 2007-2010. and from 2015 to 2021, and from 2023 to the present day still ongoing.

Now same old shit paint the picture black going to deal with smear campaigns and hit squads as the ATF fixes his program his head is still all over the the place right now just like it was 3 weeks ago before the individuals that work for him experienced a terrible tragedy. The Tuesday after this Villaneuva and another person an active captain jump in the race for the bid for the Sheriffs position in the upcoming 2026 election. Just more reasons for tension and to displace aggression.

What are some of the things mentioned in this podcast from a DR that specializes in NPD

embarrassment by the prospect of admitting damages denial of their own deficiencies 

he then goes to explain negative experience in their life that contributes to this. 4:00 explains that this is where their sense of entitlement comes from. he explains that narcissists are in a:

in a compensation and/or displacement mode an unnatural desire to be in control

competitive thinking, winners versus losers

they maintain ongoing impossible expectations 7:00

a way to compensate by blaming and putting shame onto others

Honesty is too risky

unwilling to receive feedback or input

therefore, irrationally defensive

will easily access destructive anger

anger stems from an inability to trust

they can be mean and cold-hearted

this has been learned

pervasive lack of regard for others needs

cannot handle difference, diversity

part of the superiority complex

their self-esteem is built on your acquiescence to them

narcissists and their damage have given up on goodness

want power and dominance

pretty much want to control the narrative without having to be accountable, and if the subordinate does not comply the narcissist abuse cycle when ensue. When sadistic the program could be geared around complying or dyeing. Hitlers was. Studies sow that is the subordinate questions or does not live up to the label of the status quo that this is one of the biggest instigators of violence and hatred and this has been my exact experience.

 I am in the middle of the narcissist abuse cycle one again physical threats to my health and smear campaigns. Defamation of character with an intent to cause physical harm, This hunting down and controlling my life is dehumanizing and a form of cruel and unusual punishment that I have been enduring for 20 years now. Me it is a sign of my character to stay grounded and still experience positive growth under such inhumane and cruel circumstances.
