(131) If transparency is a headache, then is honor, dignity, and character no longer part of the task?

Is the gotcha culture an outlawed practice (i.e., identity and tribal politics) that are used as exclusionary practices by the power, privileged and entitled to use to target individuals that are seen as not belonging, therefore utilize these practices in a fashion to cleanse society? When political ideological contaminants do not concern sociocultural variability or scientific inquiry often there is also a resistance to change (replacement theory), and when a lifetime of creative output does not take place exhaustion may reside in the form of an unmanageable aggressive high stress state instead. When thinking in the form of automatic and cognitive bias that become ingrained when the nervous system is operating in the sympathetic branch level it is difficult to make sense of where someone is coming from without taking the clinical approach to understand the biological system of the human organism, especially at the level that all of the behavioral neurosciences has to offer. If behavioral manifestations implicate that there is a complicated problem going on like when standards the first principles of the very practices that a leaders is responsible to uphold are then it breached in an aggressive manner that neglects the others entirely (psuedospeciation). At this level of dehumanizing others it may not be illogical to think that ones mode of perception may be tainted meaning there are some visceral forces (i.e., moral disgust, moral panic) at play as the emotional brain has taken residence in a negative form from the lack of finding rational outcomes (cognitive approach) over their lifetime. Intrinsic versus extrinsic motivation are factors related to mental health and must be considered to prevent leadership that may go astray (i.e., empathy versus apathy and having compassion or not) in an effort to prevent burnout, disgust and apathy by to staying aligned to self by managing one's own views, opinions from becoming polarized in a social psychopathological way that would otherwise allow for extremism to set in and evolve. We came so far and so many even lost their lives to fight for equality and civil rights for a few to start movements to steer way from our progress now. If civil rights of people are broken blindly and extreme practices are blatant and barbarous from polarized views that have become common place through an authoritarian style of leadership then as a nation we are heading into unfamiliar territory. By allowing the use of extreme practices we are pulling away from the principles of democracy and inching closer to prescribing to an autocratic style of leadership, which when this takes place as we are seeing political violence and hatred will erupt and a civil unrest usually follows to the degree of the actual level of extremism that has been taking place. We must not become too stressed (maladaptive stress response) as a people because this is what causes think lessness and negative emotion of the sympathetic branch (i.e., fear, disgust, anxiety, anger) to become engrained in and acted out person hate, violenc due to poor coping and unproductive thinking. Positive emotion, instead from hope, faith, deeper meaning, and learning to love is gratitude, which is the antidote to hate and as a nation we must never lose sight of how blessed we are. As one nation under God we have been a superpower in the world that has helped to be an example of strength to other nations so as to help them to have an example to follow, but if we become weak then what will happen to unity or strength across the world if we falter and become weak in how we treat our very own people?
It is not questionable if these practices break peoples God given inalienable rights, so it is undeniable that effective versus ineffective leadership does exist and how folks go about doing things is a good indicator of the mindset behind the intent of which is connected to the very source of the nature of how they are actually doing things. Probably why transparency is so important for people to see, because when leaders try to hide and cover up things is a sign that they are not confident in who they are because of how they are actually acting. Further the intent of seeing others as not belong can be dripping with social political implications, like when I experience everything being manipulated around me and experience being suppressed and contained in a way that is counterproductive, unjust, and not unfair. I have been used as a surplus person for some greedy person that has no problem persecuting your character and running a program to do so (i.e., uses resources, power, and negativity personally) by exploiting others by spreading fear and breeding hate for their own greedy, selfish, political gain. I experience that the status quo takes it even further with retribution spreading it far and wide in an authoritative style create the subordinate (dehumanizing w/social construct as not even belonging) and running a program to do so. switching things out on the shelves of a store that a person may stop at. Targeting them (gotcha culture) by following a path they know a person is driving to and to switch things out on the shelves that you normally buy. The intent whether criminal is questionable though long enduring the extreme persists fro my experience as a narcissist abuse cycle (retribution), but also from the last post paranoid anxiety, dissociated self, (lacking healthy coping skills), a hyper focus in the symbolic context of fear/threat, grandiose delusion , for example, inflated ego as a means to gratify ego or just plain hatred to cause bodily harm and possibly in the long term even death. Sound horrible? you do not want to experience life at having your rights taken away like this.
If this takes place because they tie you to a category or a group then let me remind you that this is the definition of genocide.
This is not common sense as we have seen past leaders that have committed genocide from a failure of ones own self, then they go fail others as well. I have been studying mental health intensely for years and to see people following such a process in the 21st century in the USA is a waste and is a form of lackluster development of an ineffective leader that prescribes to ego, superiority and feeds of their power. It is a mind set and a sign of an outcome of what you have been doing when no one is looking. We have to be and do better becoming strong comes from within not from outside of you these behaviors are not what the precedence that a leader in the 21st century in the USA with all of our knowhow of science, the human organism, mental health and positive growth in general should be made up of. Instead from a standpoint of being engaged in reality as a person that partakes in the free world that we must begin by treating our own people much better than this. I experience being dehumanized from a leader that see’s me as nothing more than something to annihilate, make war with, and hate.
By continually smearing my name to run a program to show off while using practices that are clearly manipulative and intimidating and the fact that these evil practices have become routine and common place are a shame. OCD gone AWOL the exclusionary nature a form of heightened hypervigilance that something is so screwed up of a person (Mode of perception), things like being dissociated from self, being addicted to the emotion of disgust would contribute to becoming addicted to acting in hidden and covert underground outlawed practices that are exclusionary cruel and inhumane to others. Apathy is a mental health crisis too stressed cannot look within to find deeper meaning for rational win/win outcomes as to halt behavior, instead partake in risky adverse behaviors that are directed outwards and explosive towards others. That if they weren't hidden, covert and anonymous that the practices are termed outlaw practices due to being deviant, corrupt and completely lacking common sense. To blow things so out of proportion so you can find a way for what is ailing inside of you to direct it outwards by partaking in any of these underground activities obviously is more than just not right. Do you think this happens at LAPD or from any leader that functions effectively, that has a moral conscience driven by a sound character of a humane value system whatsoever?
The motivated nature of framing for ones perception is that of hatred, greed and apathy which is synonymous with the very practices being used themselves. Like disgust and the aggravated antagonized nature of a narcissist that cannot put his focus where it is needed because he is too busy trying to serve himself by controlling, bullying, and dominating others. The lack of restraint and increased arousal is acted out in limbic friction running amok a product of acting on impulse in risky behaviors due to a maladaptive stress response (neurophysiological change due to stress). Functioning maladaptively by not adapting well to stress over ones lifetime and the lack of frontal regulation/control causing emotional dysregulation leaves the person out of balance at the physicochemical level affecting the nucleus acumens (meso-limbic dopaminergic reward pathway), experiencing disinhibition, which contributes to a higher degree of pathology and adverse behaviors that become addictions/extremism over time.
The red flag of dehumanizing and smearing my name with an intent to cause physical harm to the degree that I have experienced begs the question, how giving any leader with these tendencies power when it only inflates their ego to a higher degree causing them to stoop even lower as a person in how they view, treat, and judge others can even be a good idea? The very professional responsibility that a leader is to uphold, is that they have integrity, just as much for having respect of the position they hold, as actually respecting ones self, by following behavioral patterns that you partake in as a model that is representative of the very integrity of the position of that in which you yourself are supposed to uphold. If the leader of a family is dysfunctional odds are that the family will experience the same type of dysfunction. if dysfunction in an organizational setting exists, then the negative spiral effect under ineffective leadership may lead to crisis as well. I guess then if you look and ask yourself is this the case? Then if the answer is yes if the organization, he is responsible for is in a crisis structurally (i.e., understaffed, mandatory overtime, burnout/apathy) w/ struggles (i.e., verge of mental health crises), thirteen suicides since 2023, experiencing four in a 24 hour period. If this leader likes to politicize the issues and criminalize even with suicides (implosive) on the rise in his own department yet condones practices/program that directs physical harm (explosively) outwards towards others. then this a leader that it'd be safe to say is struggling with a mental health compromise just like those that committed suicide did. The difference is he is acting explosively by casting his pain outwards by hurting others instead. If this is apathy taking a toll on mental health in action, then not cynically but conscientiously and if the organization is experiencing a crisis, then it does not help to lie to yourself (pathology) or turn a blind eye trying to seek material success (addiction to seeking social reward) rather than put your focus and concentration where it is truly needed. if people are hurting and the leader is as well, and this leader cannot stay focused to address the pressing issues at hand, except for attack anyone that has anything to say otherwise then I think we know what the serious issue is. Silence Perrin since he does not identify with my label, instead he sees that I am an evil mess. When we lose our grip and our character starts to slip and social psychopathology becomes commonplace in an organization to the point of a hazard and in the form of threat one must look at the core of the mental health for any compromise that may present. Because we must never lose sight of the threat that mental health can impose when perception, behaviors and practices go awry and protrude negatively by threatening the very foundational principles of which an organization stands for. Character and development are at the core of our democracy just like character and development are at the core of our mental health. Living a value driven and principle centered life that represents and allows for thorough development, and homeostasis of the biological system of the human organism should be the utmost priority. This includes and is acted out through reciprocity and acceptance towards one another. To be proud of us as we all stand strong, we make our nation stronger and better together by how we represent ourselves and how we treat each other especially when no one is looking. The history of our future is watching and as a patriarchy that can bend and twist it has never been more important a Americans to fight for unity and a shared vision for what we have learned, to share the diversity of our the individuality of our character and accept others for theirs it is through our own learned experience that we fight for what is right and to help keep the vision and the path of our country alive and strong.
