• July 25 as I write this at 3:17 in the early AM. Not long ago in the evening I watched on the news a driver recording a work van with a man hollering and screaming yelling profanities at the driver recording it. The man throws his large hot coffee at the other driver in this road rage incident it flies in through the window and onto the other driver. The driver posted it on social media and the city of Irvine police department caught a view of this and had a clear message when they seen it. They called it a hate crime and made it clear that hate or any crime for that matter will not be allowed in the city of Irvine. I plaud this because though I have not got the practices on camera that I experience they are anonymous, but I consider the practices directed at me as hate. Both the aggravated food assaults which seem as an ambush on my health, but also the dehumanizing social movement and the criminalizing smear campaign with intent to cause physical harm are politically motivated and all interrelated with hatred. The degree of this has been tracked in my blog perrin41.com, and I experienced another food assault yesterday. Identity politics they say is narcissism, tribal politics us against them is a norm for the status quo inflated ego driven type and cancel culture is expected when the subordinate does not accept or comply to the label that has been placed upon them. This can also be seen as the narcissist abuse cycle. As groupthink scenarios become more extreme as views become more polarized, and behaviors become more extreme disorders often lead to disease states as I will briefly explain.

  
  

• Speaking in disdain in private  regarding the lack of professionalism of these practices yesterday in my home, about the negative effective’s that take place from a broad perspective (ingroup and outgroup) due to the ineffective leadership at the realm of these practices, views taken, and the behaviors. Speaking of these practices in private is not something you should shake a stick at, but that these hunting down nature, but that ganging up on style (outlawed practices) are condoned and allowed should be and truly are a concern. Exclusionary practices are a form of negative reinforcement that stem from categorical thinking. I brief I have made it clear where I am sure that these practices are coming from in the years since keeping the blog. I once again had a very negative experience and another time again I have to continue recording in the blog. Whether you want to call it sadistic authoritarianism or malignant narcissism when psychopathy evolves it is seen as a disease state rather than a personality disorder. Studies show that when a person experiences damage to the pathways of the ventral medial frontal cortex that they make horrible moral decisions. Like the practices and views I am experiencing, and the threats to my health as these practice have become more extreme through the years, it also is connected to a person as they get more and more power. The inflated ego is another concern since many claim that the inflated ego is the most dangerous of the human condition, and for what I am experiencing it could give a good reason why.

• Please watch this video beginning from 16:30 to the end. It is important to be aware that the previous leader at LACSD had a policy against the use of outlaw practices. The new leader at LACSD in which trends and experiences I have encountered over time show that this is who is responsible for the negligent underground hate filled practices I experience practically on a daily basis. All breaking rights protected under the constitution-God given inalienable rights. Nonetheless, this leader accepted a position in 2022 in the context to address this issue (gangs, underground practices), yet condones an partakes in the very practices that Villanueva had a policy in place prohibiting the use of (outlawed practices). Saying one thing and doing another is a postmarked sign of ventral medial frontal cortex damage. Allowing these practices that are away from the professional responsibility that is required to be upheld are practices that are unethical, inhumane, and pose a threat to a peoples physical and mental health is also a signs of the behaviors that would be portrayed by someone with a damaged ventral medial prefrontal cortex. Hate should not be allowed by leadership in the LACSD. Integrity is an ethical character value that LACSD has held in pride, and it is in this pretense that moral decision making should be held and upkept. •  if something happens to me and my health then I too was cancelled out under a program that I have tried to bring attention to, a program that was actually used to cancel me out. Murder. This is wrong and if it seems crazy then maybe brain damage from an aggressive high stress state that leads to ventral medial frontal cortex damage is one thing to look at as part of a mental health issue and as part of the blame.

  
  

• I am concerned due to the spreading hate and more a crisis of mental health arising affecting people in society, workers, and their families a pandemic of multi-generational trauma being passed down for years to come as a result. For Christ’s sake look at what I have had to keep track of and how my life has been completely manipulated and screwed up of, because of this pure craziness and insanity that never ends. This is just not fair. I dug deep, tried harder, and finished my bachelor’s degree to be able to understand this at the deeper level. And after graduating in my one time worked even harder to grow off the foundation of my many previous years of study. I am blessed it was a lot of sacrifice, but without this knowledge to understand what is taking place at the mental health level I’d be so dumfounded and confused. There is this much though Luna will not give up his power easily he will do anything and everything to hold onto it. Just remember Eichmann the orchestrator of the holocaust in the court proceedings after all the sadism and evil was said and done. They could not believe how much just like a regular person that he seemed, even a family man.

  
  

• For too many reasons that can be listed here, my studies in human conscious run deep in the mental health arena that I have continually tried to share concepts and ideologies from my life experience in my blog. My studies I wanted to design a human metric on measuring individual differences of human consciousness. So far I got stuck in a political mess, greedy political agendas, and superficial subjective narratives seen as a threat by those with extreme views not open, not agreeable, nor even conscientious due to the limitations of their own minds

  
  

• Effective leadership makes a difference of bringing the best rather than the worst out of others in life and the organization in which one leads. It makes a difference at the level of mental health, unfortunately the practices that took place here in Long Beach when Luna was in charge are still happening here today in Long Beach. It went away when he retired to the degree of limited resources, yet amongst taking his new position the practices have resumed with a fury slowly escalating in vengeance and extreme. Sound like hate and authoritarianism to you? It ruins lives and minds while drifting off into the abyss of extremism it is a lose/lose scenario, and it is going to have to take very strong effective leadership to clean up the mess it leaves behind and for these aggressive practices to stop.
