Early morning tongue and lips felt burning then a lot of stomach hurting. Lagged to get started with work as a result and at physical therapy did not want to do the last two ball exercises since it is stomach on the ball and stretching outward. On Tuesday I was already dealing with stomach pain and felt like I was pushing it. I have not been posting due to not wanting to experience retribution. But taking the hits anyways. Yesterday stopped at Costco HB, then Irvine H Mart then Chick Filet Irvine. Friday the 6th out to Tustin then stopped at a Subway this the beginning day of the protests trying to bash my character. Then the next weekend no kings protests but I get the top of Monday morning at DMV. Not that busy I guess. I expect it everywhere I go along with the aggravated food assaults cannot hardly take care of myself. Another thing is that Monday I experienced issues that affected me Tuesday. So here we are Thursday night will see what comes about next. Nonetheless my cat dropped dead which is a bummer. Me no anger or stress. People do not appreciate people that are emotionally regulated with a lot of cognition it’s not that I feel hated it is just where someone else is functioning emotionally and they cast it and direct it outwards. Another thing is all the freedoms taken away and I still exhibit emotional and intellectual stability, yes and playing guitar is my fun hobby. I need to keep riding my bike.
Does it seem like I am super competitive? I do not think so I like to learn, I like to self-improve and I like to share the positive form of development I experience using the knowledge that I have gained. I share it through the ability that I have gained to be able to explain human development, principles and concepts easily so that others can find a way to integrate empathy and seeking deeper meaning into their own life.
Or that I get my confidence from intrinsic motivation and staying true to myself? This is a key part of having a genuine and authentic self and our lifes are all a social emotional learning experience, which you can hate it or you can love it.
The brain will structure according to the motivational style in which you choose. For example, internal locus of control/validation/reinforcement versus external locus of control/validation/reinforcement. The hint is that it is said that external validation never comes from a good place just as it never ends up in a good place either. Erik Erikson says every person will experience identity crises at which they will chose one of two paths. First one is to keep up what you have been doing living up to other peoples expectations, but it does not have to end up this way. Carl Rogers calls this path for example, when conditions of worth are placed upon you as the road to hell. The ego-based false since of self that uses defense mechanisms to distort reality. Surely, all left brained stuck w/out looking within to find deeper meaning of that which challenges you experiencing a deindividuated state (impulse chaos) left brain predominant. Whether it be a heavy burden and the inability to adapt to the cumulative effect of positive versus negative experience of stress getting the best. Leading to a cascade of developmental flaws due loss developmental stages not being addressed and environments not changing for the better so struggle in stagnation and despair. While the second route to take at identity crisis is to look within and tune in to your rapidly evolving cognition, intuition, and emotion. Carl Rogers calls this path the road to heaven working to self-improve through life and its challenges to eventually experience the process of individuation (reason and order) and self-actualization. Where your needs are met you have gratitude and are happy, content, and experience generativity naturally.
Happiness is when what you say, what you think, and what you do are in harmony. Ghandi
Ghandi lived a life of self-accountability
another quote, oxygen is to the lungs as hope is to the meaning of life.
Both seem synonymous. I find being accountable requires seeking deeper meaning. We are social emotional learning beings. It is everything about us, and one reason to try preventing getting tripped up over the social issues without making meaning is so important. Not just for development purposes, learning purposes, ethical or moral reasoning (development), reinforcement, alignment to self a solid core identity. One very important reason I find it necessary to prevent challenging emotional reactivity through seeking deeper meaning (cognitive approach) and managing the mind through the frontal cortex is because we are the first and only mammal or of any other sort of creature that functions in the social environment and the first known to mankind ourselves to have an executive center Pre frontal Cortex to have to develop and to experience cortical dominance/frontal (cognitive) control. It is crucial to be aware of these special attributes available only to us, and to experience individuality of character of a higher spirited nature that brings the best out of us simply in a self -governing way.
Like what George Kelly cognitive psychology as a brain that has higher level traits that are stable that do not change but lower-level traits that work in sync with the higher-level traits. The lower-level traits shift often for learning, coping and with the plasticity of the brain malleability for staying in alignment to self and on the path to a silenced amygdala and flow state. So that all the constructs stored can be retrieved and used to discriminate your own thinking to make better well informed (multiple fields) decisions in life. This Mr. Kelly says is the brain functioning as a super computer are tools learned, experience gained, and knowledge to use at the realm in the stream of consciousness a semantic encoding that allows for the field of neuro networking (high level pattern recognition) so that intuition our highest ability/level of thinking can be enjoyed as the human organism can prevail in its higher optimal functional state as a result of functioning as a whole in the process of individuation. Right and left-brain integration is not easy to develop as these two hemispheres integrated are critical for the higher functionality in which I speak. Yet it is challenging to develop since these two hemispheres are separated at birth and will remain separated until digging deeper and trying harder becomes the developmental tool through the skills listed above relating to life experience, human, and neural development.
